Need some help from the hive group. Last summer my FiL purchased roughly 850 acres. You guys helped with GoKart recommendations for my son; which he's absolutely loving. We have two Polaris xp1000 rangers but it's time for me to get a toy to thrash around and go riding with my son (either together or him in his GoKart).
Was originally thinking about a 4wheeler but they make my FiL uneasy (story for another day) my wife likes the idea too but she also was like idk about riding two and you're not gonna wanna ride on the back either (thought about a cfmoto cforce 1000)
But now I'm thinking maybe we just jump into a SxS. Looking at a Polaris RZR 1000 ultimate. Wanted to see what the thoughts are here. There's trails all over property, the ride command is nice bc we can download the property map we've already created on the rangers. The rangers fit everywhere with mostly (except like two trails) with plenty of space to the sides of the vehicle most of the complications arise when a tree falls across the trail and you have to try to cut through or go back the other way. there’s a couple flat open areas or we can high-speed powerline trails and shit like that too, but most of it would be lower speeds going through the woods.
