I also had a couple 1985 Toyotas SR5’s after my two Scout ll.
First one had a 6” lift & the all brand new 35” BFG MT’s.
Man, the good old days, I sure do miss them.

The second one had a 8” lift & 36” Super Swappers.

Those are both awesome looking Scouts! Mine has the 304 but hopefully not for long planning on a LS swap later this year.

If I could go buy a brand new stock 1985 Toyota SR5 4x4 right now, I would totally do it and just enjoy driving it around.

Got my JKU back a couple months ago in time for a Moab trip in April.

The old mud truck, its 78 crew cab chevy with a 12v Cummins, fuel mods, and an automatic on 4.10 gears and 37s. Its a fun truck that didnt cost me much and has never let me down. Plus that 4" turbo back straight piped 12v sounds pretty good.
