📢 DEAL FordTremor.com May 2026 Group Buy! 🛡️

I did talk to Heidi today. For those wondering:
UPS labels were created soon after the order was placed. That doesn’t necessarily mean that the item is ready to ship. I get that. Some shippers give businesses several months to use said label. It just means they paid for it. That’s all.
There are several of us in que. we are not forgotten about.
My issue is that I was told by Heidi on July 24th that my order was shipping later that day, and as of today, August 6th, the UPS label shows no updates and Dirtcom is no longer returning my calls or emails. I don't care that it gets delayed, but they took my money without issue and I am making the effort to communicate on their terms, so they do in fact owe me and every other order the courtesy of a response.
I'm trying to keep faith but these are all major red flags in my book.

Also keep in mind that there's a limit to the window in which you can dispute a charge for most CC companies.

Did your order get canceled for some reason, like someone else on here? Sorry to hear they are still not communicating with customers. I had to dispute the charges with Visa after he said he would issue a refund. Took them awhile to resolve.

I just spoke with Harrison. He wants EVERYONE that has a question or issue to call his cell. His number is 909-900-8652. You should not be emailing or calling any other number. He awaits your call.

I totally get that man. My SOP in my professional life is 24 hours or less to respond to any client. Even if it is simply “I got your email/ VM and will get back to you by X”

I have repeatedly. The first time it went to a full voicemail box, the second time it was screened and then declined. I have since made three additional calls to their office number and have been leaving messages, the first and only of which was returned by Heidi almost immediately.

Not that I know of. I certainly haven't received a refund.

Just called and I was screened and declined once again.

[Update] Harrison just called and apologized for not getting back to me. He said he is dealing with an out of town family matter and that this GB has them out of materials, packaging, etc, and that there are about four forum members whose orders remain unfulfilled. I offered to relay that information and suggested he hop on the thread and personally let people know what's going on or at least keep it in mind for future GBs.

As for my order, he's looking into it and will be texting me an update later today. 🤞🤞

I know the communication hasn’t always been the best but the general theme seams to be when we get ahold of them they’re extremely nice, and the product seems to be overall good quality according to those who’ve received it. I’m looking forward to mine arriving but also know it’s not life or death and definitely not even something I really need I usually only hit deer in the winter and realistically that’s about the only time I’ll need it😂 so I’ll continue to wait patiently.

We see the frustration and the red flags you’re describing. That’s fair.
On the UPS label side: a label being created does not always mean the package has left or is in the carrier’s possession yet. Some labels are generated earlier in the process. We understand why that creates confusion, especially after being told it was shipping on July 24 and then seeing no movement plus difficulty getting replies.
Here’s the transparent picture on our end. When we started, order volume was lower and the timelines we gave were accurate. As more orders came in and we were still a very small team, production times stretched longer than anyone wanted. Communication has also been stretched thin — right now Heidi has been handling the majority of emails and phone calls on her own, and she’s done everything she can with the capacity available. We have another person currently learning her role so support can be shared and response times can improve. We’re actively building a larger team so both production and communication get better.
For your specific order, the fastest way to get a current update is to call or text:

Heidi – 909-549-0856
Harrison – 909-900-8652

If they don’t pick up, please leave a voicemail or send a text with your name, order number, and the reason you’re reaching out. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. You can also email [email protected] from the address used on the order with the same details.
We’re working to fix the gaps that created this situation. Thank you for laying it out clearly.

We know the biggest concerns right now are wait times and the feeling that something isn’t right. We see those comments and we take them seriously. We’re not here to make excuses — we want to be open about what’s actually happening.
When we first started, order volume was much lower and the timelines we published were accurate. As more people ordered, our small team simply couldn’t keep the same pace. The result is that production times have stretched longer than anyone wanted, including us.
We’re actively fixing that. We’re building a larger team right now. New people are already coming on board and learning the process so they can help. Communication has been one of the biggest pain points, and we own that. Right now Heidi has been handling the majority of emails and phone calls on her own, and she’s done everything she can with the capacity she has. We have another team member currently learning her role so support can be shared and response times can improve.
We’re also looking into fixing the website and order system so that automatic emails telling people their order has shipped are no longer sent out incorrectly. We’re hoping this will clear up a lot of the current confusion, but it may take some time to get fully sorted as we learn the system. We’re trying our best to make sure everything is done properly and that every message gets a response. With the new help coming in, we hope to dramatically improve everything.
For any order updates, the fastest way to reach us is to call or text:

Heidi – 909-549-0856
Harrison – 909-900-8652

We’re committed to improving every day. Thank you for the feedback and for the patience while we scale.

Thank you. I think this post goes a long way. Looking forward to getting my trail guard and hyping up Dirtcom when showing it off.

I currently dont have mine with me, but could someone measure the carriage bolts and nuts? I need longer ones and add some washers to mine, its still touching the bumper after test fitting with the new fog lights.

I always have mine with me and they're too long to mention here 🤪.

@Dirtcom any update on those last few bars? I was told last Friday but there still hasn't been any movement on the UPS label. 🤞🤞

Don't post here...he wants everyone to call his cell phone. I know he prints UPS labels in batches well before he ships. I got my label printed 4+ weeks before it was shipped as he ships them all at the same time in large batches.

Sounds good but that only works if he responds.

Has anyone been able to contact them recently? I got no reponse to my email just requesting an update and I have attempted to call several times in the past few days (left messages) but no response. I assume they are working diligently to fulfill orders. Was just hoping I could get it and install prior to MOAB.
