📢 DEAL FordTremor.com May 2026 Group Buy! 🛡️

I’m doing my best to keep everyone updated and in the loop on what’s going on.

Please keep in mind that, right now, it’s mainly just me handling a lot of the customer communication, and I’m still fairly new to all of this. I’m learning the process while also trying to improve it at the same time.

I’ll keep trying to reach out to as many people as I can, but at the moment the easiest way for me to stay organized is for customers to email us or send me a text so I can get them added to my update list and make sure I know who is waiting on information.

Every day I’m working through new customer emails, existing orders, and questions. Once I get caught up on communication, I’m often pulled into the shop to help with TrailSwings and other products as well.

I know everyone wants quicker updates, and I completely understand that. I’m working on getting us to a point where communication is much more consistent and nobody feels like they have to chase us down just to find out what’s happening.

I completely understand where you’re coming from, and honestly, these are many of the same questions and concerns I brought up when I joined the team.

I agree that customers should have been given clearer information from the beginning about realistic lead times, delays, communication, and refund options. That is one of the main things I’ve been working to improve since coming on board.

You’re starting to see some of those changes now. I’ve been pushing for more accurate timelines, better follow-up, clearer communication when delays happen, and making sure customers know what their options are if they no longer want to wait.

I can’t change how everything was handled before I got here, and I’m not going to pretend mistakes weren’t made. What I can do is keep working to make sure those same issues aren’t repeated moving forward.

It is a shame you didn't come around sooner, Milo. I really wanted one of these bars in a bad way.
Since mine was "cancelled" at some point unbeknownst to me and I was never given an honest update, how bout looking into that refund instead of making me pursue the credit card company?

Guys, I hope you get your product. I reached out to offer help bending these parts. I have 8 NC tube benders and 4 CNC tube benders here at work. We have the capacity to build these quickly. We may even have the tubing on hand. We stock close to 100,000' of tubing from 1"OD - 6"OD. With tooling to support 90% of the work we quote.

I was told that because I am not in CA, They weren't interested in my help. We ship to CA almost weekly.

Going to look at a couple in Moab may try and build something got a friend that makes fancy iron security gates for a living said he can bend it if I know what I want.

I too am still waiting. Reached out to the email provided by @Dirtcom. Hoping to get an update soon.

Hey everyone,

I’ve got some great news to share with the group.

We were able to make some real progress on the vendor issues we’ve been dealing with, and we now have new parts and materials coming in very, very soon.

I do want to be careful about giving out another estimate too early. Since this is a new vendor, I want to physically see the material in our hands before I start promising timelines. Once the material actually arrives, I’ll come back here with a much more accurate update on where production stands and when we expect things to start moving. Expect to hear back from me by next week, or no later then Oct 23.

You guys also get to be the first to know about something else I’ve been working on personally — we have a new website in the works.

Same TrailSwing, same products, but with a completely refreshed look and hopefully a much easier shopping experience. More importantly, the new setup should give me a lot more control over how we communicate with everyone, which means better order updates, emails, and ways for customers to actually know what’s going on with their orders.

Right now, it’s still largely just me handling a lot of the communication, so I also want to apologize if I haven’t been able to get back to everyone as quickly as I’d like. I’ve been juggling customer updates, helping with production changes, directing some of the behind-the-scenes work, and building this new site so we can make things better going forward.

I’ve attached a little sneak peek of the new homepage for you guys to check out.

Thank you all again for sticking with us through the delays. I know it’s been frustrating, but things are finally starting to move in a much better direction.

Thanks for the update, Milo! Also appreciate you sending the follow up email regarding my order. 👍

Hey guys!

The new TrailSwing website is officially up and running. I’ve been working on getting everything updated and cleaned up, so please check it out and let me know what you think:

https://trailswing.com/

And I know most of you probably care a lot more about where your order is than the new website 😅

The good news is that our new vendor still has the metal in the works and should be finishing it up this week. We’re currently expecting to receive that material by the end of this week or the beginning of next week.

Once that material is physically in our hands, we should finally start seeing much more movement through production, and I’ll be able to give everyone much better updates on where things stand.

Thank you all again for sticking with us through the delays. We’re making progress, and I’m looking forward to finally getting these units moving.

Received an “automated “ email yesterday informing me of my place in que.
I say automated because I don’t know if it truly was, or just a form email and someone put the numbers in. Either way….progress. Milo is making good changes.

Hey everyone,

Yes — the email is automated, but there is still a human confirmation before anything gets sent out.

I had this new system built because I was honestly struggling to keep up with everyone’s individual order updates by email while also trying to track down what was happening in production, talk with vendors, and figure out why certain orders were or weren’t moving.

The new system helps me see everyone’s order position much more precisely compared to the rest of the queue. That way I can spend less time manually tracking numbers and more time actually asking the shop where things are, what is holding them up, and what needs to happen next.

Also, I don’t remember if I updated everyone here with the latest supplier news, but we now have a new metal producer.

We are expecting a very large shipment of metal and parts that will cover a lot of the units everyone has been waiting on. I was also finally given an actual pickup/drop-off date for that material: 11/5/2026.

I know that date pushes things out a little farther than everyone would like, but one of the big changes we’re trying to make with this new supplier is moving away from constantly waiting on made-to-order material. The goal going forward is to start keeping more material in stock and on the shelves, so we don’t keep ending up in the same situation.

Once that shipment physically gets into the shop, I’ll keep everyone updated as material starts getting sorted, fabricated, powder coated, and moved through production.

Thank you guys again for sticking around and for being understanding through all of this. I know the wait has been frustrating, and I really appreciate everyone who has continued giving us a chance.

And to anyone who decided to move on because of the delays, I completely understand. Hopefully once we get inventory back on the shelves and things running the way they should, we’ll have the opportunity to earn your business again.

Hey everyone, Milo here again with another update.

Unfortunately, I don't have the exact news I was hoping to share with you guys today, but I want to keep everyone informed about what's going on rather than leave you all wondering.

As I mentioned in my previous update, we were given November 5th as the expected date for our large metal shipment.

Two days before that date, we reached out to our new metal producer to confirm that everything was still on schedule. We were given the green light and told things were looking good.

Then November 5th came around. We reached out again, expecting to hear that everything was ready, and unfortunately, we were met with another delay.

I know. Another delay. Trust me, I'm getting just as frustrated with these repeated setbacks as many of you are.

Our owner, Harrison, has been in contact with the metal producer, and they've been discussing the situation. I haven't been involved in every conversation, so I don't want to give you information that I can't personally confirm.

Here's what I do know as of right now:

According to the latest information we've received, the producer claims that most, if not all, of our main metal components have been completed. They're currently waiting on a few remaining parts and pieces to be finished before everything can be released.

They've also explained that because of the size of our order, the original November 5th date was an estimated completion date rather than a guaranteed pickup date.

I understand that this isn't what anyone wants to hear, especially after how long some of you have already been waiting.

So where does that leave us?

We're currently hoping to have this shipment in our hands sometime next week. That's the latest expectation, but I want to be clear that we still don't have a confirmed pickup or delivery date.

If next week comes around and we still don't have the material, I'll come back here and let everyone know what's happening. I'm not going to pretend everything is on schedule if it isn't.

Now, there is some encouraging news.

Based on what I've been told, this incoming shipment should provide enough material for approximately 50 units to be manufactured.

That's a pretty significant amount of material compared to what we've been working with previously.

Our goal is to use this shipment to work through a large portion of the existing backlog while also moving toward keeping more finished units and materials in stock.

Of course, those 50 units won't all be completed overnight. The material still needs to go through the necessary fabrication, powder coating, assembly, and final preparation before anything can ship.

But once the metal is physically in our shop, we'll finally have more of what we need to start making meaningful progress.

I know I've said that we're close before, and I understand that hearing it again doesn't mean much until you actually start seeing orders completed and shipped.

I'm doing everything I can on my end to stay informed, push for answers, keep our orders organized, and make sure you guys aren't left in the dark.

I genuinely appreciate everyone who has continued sticking with us through all of this.

I know your patience has been tested, and I know some of you are beyond frustrated. I completely understand.

I'll continue updating everyone as we receive more information, whether it's good news or another setback.

Thank you guys again for your patience, understanding, and continued support.
