This is Monday morning quarterbacking from my end.
I bought mine a couple of months prior to the GB here. At that time when it was shipped the lights never arrived so I followed up and they said that they would ship the lights. I have still not installed mine. To many other things happening all summer long. I have a lot of projects waiting to update the truck with.
It is clear that they were not prepared for the number of people who would purchase their cool and practical product and what all was involved to handle that load. They are a small company with each employee wearing a lot of hats. My guess is with the overwhelming amount of orders they had and still have more than they can chew. And of course bringing on more people is a significant chunk of change and once they get over this hump will they see orders for this product and their other products take off. I believe that they all have good intentions to fulfill their order book but they were no where near prepared for what this GB created. Lord willing they will be able to keep the lights on and as others have already said, that they would be able to mature through this experience. I wish them well through this process which if I put myself in their shoes I know how frustrating this all is for them. It may seem like a good thing and it would have been had they had the man power and the supply chain to meet their needs with a volume buy like this.
