📢 DEAL FordTremor.com May 2026 Group Buy! 🛡️

Has anyone been able to contact them recently? I got no reponse to my email just requesting an update and I have attempted to call several times in the past few days (left messages) but no response. I assume they are working diligently to fulfill orders. Was just hoping I could get it and install prior to MOAB.
I have been in communication with Harrison over the last 10 minutes and have never not been able to connect with him via cell or text. If you are calling the number I gave you above and have emailed at [email protected] then you should be reaching him. He has shown me several text messages he's received by forum members where he responded very quickly. All I can say is that I am dumfounded why reaching him is so difficult for some of you. If you're calling/texting the right number or emailing the right email, you should have zero issues reaching him.

I emailed with the contact info on the website and then I tried the number directly on the website initially (909-929-9732) and left a message. Then tried Heidi at 909-549-0856 and left a message there as well. I just went back through this thread and found another number you posted and will try that one as well

Edited that because I'm not sure how I managed to put my reply inside your quote.

Nothing.
But I have not put in any effort into contacting them. I just replied to the [email protected] email address earlier this week. Which got kicked back. But I’m not surprised because I’m sure it’s automated.
I generally give everyone the benefit of doubt. But damn… this is getting ridiculous.

Has anyone installed one and kept the plastic valance? It looks like it could be cut into 3 sections and installed with the TG.

This is getting ridiculous! Use the email and phone number I gave you all. [email protected] and no other. Also use his cell phone number I posted above.

I shot him a txt this afternoon, got a response very quickly. Sounds like they’re waiting on some more of the mounting brackets. But like I said I got a quick, polite, and honestly reasonable response so I’m good with it.
Thanks for posting that. I’m still awaiting mine as well. I’m sure it’ll all shake out.

I texted w Harrison yesterday. He said he couldn't find my order and that it must be at the UPS hub and he'd look into it. I haven't seen any movement on the label or gotten an update from him. Just got home from work and I'm going to text him in a few minutes but I'm not holding my breath anymore.

[Update]
Got a reply saying mine must be one of the 40 at UPS and I should see movement in 24hrs.
Again, hate to say it, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Still no updates from Harrison or UPS and I'm done with his excuses. I've contacted my credit card company to let them know what's up and I contacted him to see how he wants to proceed.
In his exchange w another forum member he said he was cancelling orders and leaving buyers to deal w getting a refund from their credit card companies because they were upset and vocal about the product/service/timeline/whatever. I'm getting the feeling that he's lumped me into that group and that amounts to deception/false promises and potentially fraud which is state Attorney General Consumer Protection territory.

If I'm wrong, I'll apologize and there'll be a stage 2 bar available for someone else.
This whole situation has been a shitty experience and I'm at a point where I'd probably just sell it anyway if I did ever receive it.

Here’s my $0.02. When I ordered mine a while back before the group buy I had the same issues. Once I received my tracking number I checked it daily but always got a message saying no date available. When I got ahold of them I was told that it was being dropped off at UPS on the 6th and may take a day or so to be updated by UPS. On the 10th I emailed them again asking for an update because I still couldn’t track my order. They responded that they had to ground down some weld spatter and it was getting powder coated again. On the 17th I emailed them again about an update because I still couldn’t track find my order or if I should just cancel it. They replied that it was being picked up by UPS today. I finally found it using the tracking number on the 18th and it was delivered a couple days later. Point of the story is that it seams their communication is not the best and after being told they had to touch it up I feel their QC could have been better. I received it later than expected with a lot of back and forth with them but it’s still on my truck and looks to be a quality product.

My situation is definitely similar to yours but I ordered in May and since then I've received more than five or six it's already at UPS promises on ship dates, an excuse of a family issue, a hospitalization, busy because slammed w orders, and then the four orders I was told were finally for real going to UPS w mine eventually became forty orders, and then just no idea where it actually was... between the lack of communication and incorrect details, whatever excitement I had was eventually eroded to the point of disinterest and now I have little to no faith in their ability to deliver.
Harrison has been plenty pleasant on the phone or via text and I want to believe him but there's only so much I can tolerate and I feel I've been more than patient.
It's a bummer because I've wanted one of their trail guards since back when they first started making them.

In case anyone else is interested. I got an updated picture from my fabricator. The mounts are done and lights are good to go. This was the third iteration of the backets he made to mount the lights. I just need to go get it and drop off to the powder coating place.

Who did the work and what was the cost?

Hey everyone,

My name is Milo J. I’m new to the business, but I’m working directly with the entire Dirtcom and TrailSwing team to improve our communication and help customers get the answers they need.

I want to be transparent about where things currently stand. With the increased demand for our products, we have experienced delays in several areas—including manufacturing, receiving materials from our suppliers, shipping completed products, returning phone calls, and responding to messages.

We understand how frustrating this has been, especially for customers who were given an estimated date or received a shipping label without seeing any carrier movement afterward. A shipping label being created does not always mean the package has been handed to the carrier. We are working to communicate that distinction more clearly moving forward.

In addition to helping with emails, I am currently the only person working through our forum posts and social-media messages. I’m still learning how everything works here, but I’m comfortable with technology and willing to learn so I can keep up with questions, tags, and mentions as consistently as possible.

Heidi will continue focusing on organizing and processing orders, while I will be concentrating on customer communication and helping people receive updates. We are a small, family-owned business, and everyone here is actively looking for ways to improve.

We genuinely appreciate all feedback—even when it comes from someone who is understandably angry or frustrated. Whether you need to vent, ask a question, or simply give us a reminder, we want to hear from you.

For now, email remains the best way to contact us at [email protected]. Your message will be handled by either Heidi or me. If you would specifically like my assistance, please include “Milo J” in your email, and the team will connect you with me whenever I am available.

I will also be receiving a dedicated business phone soon so customers can reach me during regular business hours. We will share that contact information once it is active.

Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve. I’m here to help however I can moving forward.

Milo J
The TrailSwing Team

I hope this is a step in the right direction. I am still patiently waiting for my trail guard. I have been texting Harrison as requested and he has been replying but not with any information as to where my order stands. ....just saying I'll get back to you. I'll try to the e mail again I guess. I'm not trying to stir things up and appreciate what Dirtcom are going through as a small shop.........but there is a reasonable expectation of communication that is not being met.

Wow sorry to hear I can’t believe they still aren’t communicating with customers. We are over 3 months into this group buy and folks still don’t know where there order is. Is there a chance your order get canceled like so others with no notice.
