📢 DEAL FordTremor.com May 2026 Group Buy! 🛡️

I received a UPS email as well and shipment is pending. Harrison actually called me with an update. Large volume order from this group and it takes time. No concerns at all and they have been very responsive with communication. I prefer to wait for a quality product like this.

Did you get an DM like this? Got this from a member. Sounds like he says they’ve all shipped.

This is what he sent:
I am currently out of the office. All orders that were promised this week were shipped out.

The only orders that were not shipped and actually set as a refund (in full) are those who continue to talk negative about us. Especially when we gave huge discounts and free shipping. Along with allegations that we would not make good on our fulfillment. Especially when statements are posted on a Wednesday morning or a Tuesday evening on the week of shipping. Not even allowing us to fulfill our obligation. We do not want to continue to do business with these types of people.

Out of all the people that ordered this group buy 99 percent we’re satisfied and extremely happy. There is always a few bad apples that no matter what you can never satisfy. As a smaller made in USA company I understand why a lot of companies won’t do group buys anymore.
Wow. I haven't said or done anything. Been way too busy for the past few months to call or worry about it especially when @securityguy and others have been periodically posting their updates.

That's what I have so far too and I agree w you 100%. I absolutely do not mind waiting for a quality bespoke product but they have our email addresses and a dedicated thread for the sale so, imo, it isn't a big ask for periodic updates when they're providing the goods/service, and going dark with such a supportive group isn't just not a good look, it's a major red flag most times.

In addition, @Dirtcom I just called the number I have for Harrison and it went straight to a voicemail box which was full. So I left a message at the other number I have from an email so hopefully I'm available to answer if/when you get back to me.

[Update] I got a callback from Heidi minutes after leaving a message. Mine is going out today.
Her update was exactly the type of response I was hoping for. It just sucks because we're all so conditioned to expect the possibility of getting scammed that we're already preparing for the headache of dealing w/a credit card company or simply losing the money invested so emotional escalation is a natural response.
Hopefully they can get their digital game together as they grow their business cause I'd really like to see more from them for our trucks and I wish them all the best.

It’s the emotional response that doesn’t look good in business. Delays happen, especially with a small company handling a large group buy. That's reasonable. But if the correspondence above is legit, canceling and refunding customers because they expressed legitimate concerns - and then publicly characterizing them as “bad apples” - comes across as thin-skinned and retaliatory. A calm update and acknowledgment of the communication gap would have handled this infinitely better.

Hopefully they learn from this as they grow, because publicly setting examples like this has a way of doing real damage to small businesses.

I am just biding time. I am sure it will get here eventually. I did send an email stating that I wasn't in any rush as I know they are swamped. I would like to have it installed for MOAB in September, but it is what it is. I know it is tough when you get swamped with orders as a small fabrication business. It is not like a reseller that just buys from others and then ships. Fabrication takes time, especially for a small business that may not want to have too much stock on-hand waiting for the possibility of sales.

Agreed. In my previous comment I was attempting to qualify the buyer/community reaction to the lack of communication rather than the seller's response to it, but they're really opposite sides of the same frustrated coin in this case.

Anyone else still waiting on @Dirtcom to ship? They created a UPS label for mine twenty days ago on July 4th.
I've been insanely busy with a project at work for the past few months and don't really have time between 6a-6p to call for a verbal excuse... 🙄
They created my label yesterday.
Hopefully it comes before Christmas 🤞

I’m okay with waiting. Just wish there would have been an update sent via email at some point.

All you people that complained on this site or even mentioned anything negative in anyway towards Dirtcom your order will be cancelled and you will have to go to your credit for a refund. Don’t bother calling Harrison he will not respond to you. Because of the way he has responded to customers and getting that odd text, I called Harrison to offer my services (free) as a past Score.org mentor for manufacturing, marketing and financial direction. I’ve seen many a company with a good product go under or have to sell because of emotions or lack of direction.
Harrison seems like a nice guy, but he needs to control his frustrations and not take them out on his customers.

I have to say, we all knew that this was not a mass manufacturing company when we signed on. Have I been eager/ frustrated not to get my guard yet? Yeah, sure. But I called and got a call back. I’m cool with that. I’m still waiting. Not butt hurt. Maybe after work slows down a bit and I get the front bumper PPF redone where the license plate is I’ll call again.
Stuff like this is exactly why I sold my business and went to work for a global company. I turn my phone off at 4pm and don’t turn it back on till 6.

Them why are you texting at midnight!? Huh, huh? 🤪

We’re on the same page. For what it’s worth, my post wasn’t directed at yours - I was just commenting on their alleged response to the complaints.

If it's true, I hope they reverse course and see it for what it is: a learning opportunity. One of my first lessons in business was that you can do everything right and some people will still find something to complain about, valid or not. It really sucks when you take pride in your work because criticism can feel like a personal review, but how you handle those complaints is what most people are going to notice.

I'll take someone slot who get's their group buy canceled. I jumped on this late, well never saw this at all. Life has kinda got in the way and haven't been on the forum much.

Welp. I was told on the 24th mine would ship later that day and so far, as of August 4th, there's been no update from UPS and any calls to Dirtcom have gone unanswered/unreturned.

I'm still waiting too. Trying not to pressure em as I'm sure they're working on it. Just would be nice for a lil update.

I’m still waiting as well, I did shoot them a txt awhile back and they said another week or so for mine. I’m not in a rush so I can’t say I’m super concerned with it as long as it shows up some day.

Right there with you…

I did talk to Heidi today. For those wondering:
UPS labels were created soon after the order was placed. That doesn’t necessarily mean that the item is ready to ship. I get that. Some shippers give businesses several months to use said label. It just means they paid for it. That’s all.
There are several of us in que. we are not forgotten about.
