FYI All - Round the Bend is where you want to book your campsite or RV spot.

I just called and glad i did. @FuelTankReInforcedSkidPlt the reason all of them showed available is b/c they reserved Feb 26-Mar1 2025 for me, not 2026.
Got that fixed and it sounds like @ccradier got his spot moved so theres only one tent site left.
However, I am going to be solo so if someone wants to tent or truck/rtt camp at my site, let me know.

I'm going to go by this place next week and will post up some photos so those with RVs can know what to expect.
I'll also post up some trail photos to start working on the FOMO score.

First day of pre-running. Got here around 1pm and was able to log about 50 total miles (~30% highway)
I'll post more tomorrow.

We could do this trail but probably wont. It would likely take us 4-6 hours due to how narrow it is and its only 6.3 miles.
@Godzilla/Tremornator if you want to test the NarrowTrax... THIS would do it

This trail was fun. a few tight spots but for the most part, it was wide, had decent elevation changes, a short small technical section (if it aint a lil spicy its just bland) and good views. Going to try to work this one in the mix.

This route wasnt pre-planned but turned out to be a pretty good trail. Has a small, short distance technical section. Oh, has a tree down on the trail we'll LIKELY need to address. sxs was able to go over it but not sure a stock Tremor could without some contact

I will only have my truck, so am fine to share with whoever the space.

I go to an annual enduro meetup there every year. It's a great spot for off-roading, but I promise 120% that you will incur pin striping at a bare minimum in a full-size truck. The cabins are decent, but they aren't at the same location as the RV spots, just FYI. I might consider coming to this since I know the area, but I doubt I'll be taking my truck on any of the trails. I try too hard to keep it looking good, haha. I might drag the SxS up, and if the shoulder is recovered by then, I might bring the bike.

What about trail coms. I have a midland CB from my FJ days, or do we need a gmrs radio. I do have starlink on board. Just kitting my recovery gear updated to match the weight difference of my last toy. But I noticed trail coms has not been mentioned.

Correct. Please make sure to have a GMRS-capable radio. Baofengs can do this and they're only $35-50 on Amazon.

Technically my dad's idea. Essentially we drove to Fort Smith (closest HD) last night, got it and re-drove the trails today to remove the deadfall (and moved the rounds to block the bypass that people had created)
