2023 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build dates from Ford...

11/21/2022: Order placed and confirmed. Assigned priority code 19. Confirmation email received from FMC.
1/5/2023: Status email received from FMC (Update, unfortunately due to supply chain issues, promise to notify at least every 45 days).
1/12/2023: Status email received; Scheduled for production the "Week of 1/23/2023", VIN # received.
1/26/2023: Vehicle Order Tracking using order number and VIN indicates "Vehicle not yet available in order tracking at this time, check back later".

2023 F-250 XLT, Crew cab, Tremor package, 6.7 HO, Pro power, Tow tech, etc.
My update said my Lariat Tremor would go into production the week of Jan 30. I put Order # and VIN in and got the same message. I will try again on Monday.

My 7.3 Lariat Tremor is still set for production the week of 2/20. Nothing has pulled up on the order tracker since receiving the email two weeks ago. As long as it gets built that week I don't care if it ever shows in tracking...lol.

Ordered a 2022 350 Lariat tremor 3/2022, dealership changed it to a 2023 11/2022 saying there is no way it will get done before they start building the 2023’s. Still not even scheduled yet. So frustrating!

Stopped by my dealer yesterday to make a few changes to my order. After reading a few of the threads on 6.7 vs 7.3, I decided to switch to the 7.3... rationale in making the change is wanting to use the truck as a daily driver (short trips), will tow or doing a lot of long distance driving infrequently, diesel staying $1+ more per gallon and the added cost of the 6.7 won't pay for itself quickly enough through added mpg, prefer the lighter front end with the 7.3 for off-roading, and the easier/less expensive maintenance that comes with the 7.3.

In making the change, I wanted to keep the dual alternators and dual batteries. The dealer said they didn't see an option to add these. Did anyone with the 7.3 add this to their build? How does it show up on your order sheet?

I also asked about J2 options. My dealer thinks they'll be able to add them to orders in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
I have the dual batts and alt on my Lariat order, it didn't come up by itself, if I remember right...I think I picked the corresponding alternator, and the price jumped up higher than the alternator option. When the options list printed, it showed the dual batteries.

Same here. I selected the alternator option and the batteries were added.

Yeah, it looks like the ProPower includes dual batteries and dual alternators and is standard in the KR, Platinum, and Limited trims so that's why my dealer wasn't able to add the dual alternator / dual battery option.

For what little it's worth, I ordered a '23 Lariat Tremor 7.3 yesterday through the military overseas buying program. They estimate a July 26th delivery. So at least 6 months
So I checked my updated order after it accepted and its saying august 11th.

Took 90 days, but just got my first update email from Ford... funny that they don't differentiate between job 1 and job 2 orders since mine isn't technically delayed right now:

As promised, we want to update you on the status of your Super Duty F-350 Platinum order. We are still experiencing delays due to the supply chain challenges that Ford and our industry are facing at this time.

Please understand that while getting your vehicle into production is taking longer than usual, we are doing all we can to minimize the delays.

There’s nothing we want more than to deliver your new Super Duty F-350 Platinum. We are fully committed to keeping you updated on your vehicle’s status, and will let you know as more information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience, and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Haven't even been getting those emails.

You and me both. I see “marine” in your name. Does that mean you went through MAS? I went through MAS and didn’t get any updates for my 22MY until it was cancelled and keep hoping for the best in my MY23. But my breath holding has been syncopated at best and detrimental at worst.

No. I've been discharged from the Marines since 2007. I went through Granger.

Dunno if this lariat tremor WS is also member of this forum, but stickers started to show up this evening and folks shared theirs on FB. Here’s the first one.

Just one more accessory could have taken it over 100K😉

I saw they raised the price of the winch, which can be ordered from Ford for $2300 (delivered). Bunch of YouTube videos showing how to install in < 4 hours with zero special tools required. I’ll spend the $1700 added for install elsewhere. If you go the self install route, be sure to add the dual amp w/extra battery (Order Code 67B) if not already part of your order.

I ordered my 2023 F-350 6.7 H.O. Tremor on 11/17/22, Received a confirmation email from Ford on 12/8/22, and Received an email from Ford on 12/13/22 Vehicle is Scheduled for production the week of 2/20/23 with the VIN. This truck was ordered with a priority code 19 which is NOT what I wanted. I wanted it ordered with a priority code 99 as per Ford ordering guidelines so that I could order additional options not available until Ford opens up J2 options. So my dealer ordered another truck with the correct priority code of 99 on 12/8/22, but that truck could not be ordered with the Hard Shell bed cover (NLA). I still haven't received anything from Ford on that truck. The dealer told me they couldn't change the priority code so that is the reason for ordering another truck. I did notice that the color was changed from Antimater Blue to Black. I am beginning to feel like I am being hung out to dry by my local dealer. Has anyone heard when Ford will open up the J2 options?

For all of us that have the 2023's on order a bit of bad/good news. Surprise surprise, Ford corporate QC shut lines down @ KTP for management dress down for forged QC issues and numbers. I've not heard when it might be or if it has been restarted.

Well that win’t be long now since it’s 1/30 already 😁. Thanks for the reply.
Yeah, I heard mid-February but definitely keeping a close eye on this so I can get my J2 options added and get my priority code changed from 99.

Very interesting. Do you happen to have the details, was this a news article?
