I will have to look up my HVAC AsBuilt data tonight but I have the same annoying feature of the recirc disabling after 5 min. I am wondering if it is a "feature" of the diesel tied to regen. I disabled the Cabin Air Refresh Strategy in the HVAC Plain English settings but it did not work. This is my #1 annoyance with my new truck so looking forward to working with you all on fixing it.

I was finally able to get an activation code for ForScan and made all of the popular changes first thing this morning. Bambi, both fogs staying on when turning, double honk, seat belt chime, tire size, TPMS settings. Does anyone know if you can brighten up the DRL around the headlights? I saw it somewhere but not sure if it is an option on the 24's.
 
Has anyone lost their sync 4 online owner's manual? I made some simple changes with forscan but I don't think that could deleted the OM.

My guess is both HVAC strategy settings are in 73-01-07. Basically 0’s disable both strategies. Here’s hoping the gasoline strategy does the trick.

In going through the AsBuilt you have shown, it appears all the recirc strategies are disabled. There is only 1 “strategy” listed in line 01-07

After some more testing the Gas setting did not work so I restored both Cabin Air Refresh Strategy enabled and Diesel mode in HVAC. I also enabled Reverse Auto Recirc, although I’m not 100% sure if it did anything.

I have narrowed it down that the recirc stays enabled when the AC is cooling but if you have the heater on it cycles off every 5 min. Basically here in AZ in the morning it keeps resetting but in the afternoon it sticks. It must have something to do with humidity management. I tried disabling the humidity sensor but that didn’t work either. I guess the search continues, but at least it won’t be an issue in the summer.

Another useful change I found was searching for IOD in the APIM Plain English and eliminating a bunch of excess screens to swipe through in the Unreal Engine display. It wasn’t too bad on my 22 but the addition of ProPower, Zone Lighting, Trip Computer, etc. makes it way too many options to get to the bed camera.
 
I haven't made any forscan changes in my IPMA module, yet I get these errors.

Also, I lost my Digital Owner's Manual (DOM) under sync 4 Features, but when I checked APIM it was listed as enabled. Does anyone know the As-Built code for the old fashion way?

This is a little late, but I did brighten my DRL's on my MY24. Can't remember how offhand but it was on the spreadsheet from zoodad.

I posted the question on 2 Super Duty forums on Facebook and a couple of guys got right back to me. It was very easy and they're bright now :)

I was going to do the 2 month thing, and they had an update for 1 year license dated Feb 12, 2025 and a link for purchase on the FORScan web site. The link is to https://iobd.io/forscan. Cost on the 1 year was 19 euros / 20US.
 
my license just expired and i need to make some changes in the next couple of days.
what is the best course of action to get a license now?
 
I got a new 1 year license yesterday, all through FORScan's web site, and their link I included in the post above. That was yesterday, so use that and you should be good.
 
What are the different turn signal light options? Does this just change the speed of the blinking or does it perform different types of blink?

It ONLY changes the number of flashes when you use the "one touch" feature for lane changes.

Hope this isn’t a dumb question, but why would I want bright drl while the headlights are on, I.e. at night? Seems that would just blind the other drivers.
I would def love the option for more lights at times of my choosing, like when I’m off road doing truck things, or when some knucklehead won’t turn down their bright lights, but seems like always blinding all other drivers could be unfortunate at some point, maybe harmful to my own health.

Hey there, I’ve got a 24 lariat ult, tremor with moonroof and 2kw pro power inverter. I’m happy to test some of your FORScan mods.

I’ve tried a number of these already. I got most of the chimes to go away but it still chimes once when I start. Before it was at least 4x so that’s a huge win for me.

I got the navigation to accept inputs while moving.

Bambi mode is on,

I tried to get full DRL on with high beams in plain English mode but I don’t think it “took”.

I activated but haven’t tested global close or walk away locks.

I’m curious which of the following you think might be feasible, if not already solved:
  • Enable white bed light while driving. My 2014 did this with the dome light
  • Custom ambient colors ??? Are there other colors besides blue?
  • Seat memory while driving. I want to press the memory button and it sets me to various positions without stopping.
  • Pro power off by default (it always comes on and is loud, even if I’m not using it)
  • Set settings on sync while driving
  • Turn bright DRL on bright with high beams headlights (but not low beams)
  • enable “Side Spot lights” and puddle lights to stay on while >5mph
  • Disable cab clearance lights.
  • Enable Deep Snow/sand Mode on Tremor. I just have eco, tow, norm, slippery, off-road and rock crawl.
  • Enable police dark mode - for driving to night sky (telescope) parties
  • Disable auto A/C As default.. would like same as I left it when I turned off.
I’m curious what you think…
