I must be doing something wrong.... I am trying to get rid of the stupid black box when the rear view camera is on while moving. I have read where to get rid of it you have to get into the "APIM" module and make some changes, the only issue is that when I plug in my Forscan and read the module I do not even see this APIM module. I see all of the others like BCM, TCM ect, but no APIM. What am I missing or what do I need to do in order to delete the black box?

I have managed to successfully change my tire size, correct speedo, bambi mode and change TPMS pressures but no bueno on the black box of frustration

So if one was to enable Navigation in Motion, I'm assuming that it turns off the voice commands of when to turn?

I have not heard of it turning off voice guidance.

It does turn off the automatic calling of 911 when in an accident. Having used that when a lady T-boned my 2021 a few months after purchasing, I definitely prefer to have that on.

So question for a Forscan newbie. On the spreadsheet I see TPMS Trailer. I do not have the Ford TPMS trailer kit but my TT does have TPMS. Will enabling this allow the truck to detect the TT?

Second, anyway to get ALL doors/tailgate to unlock after turning the truck off?

Again, new to most of this. Done some of the plain English changes.

Are you using (loading) a saved profile by chance ?
If so disconnect, go to profiles and delete all profiles.
Reconnect click no when save profile pops up

We had a different forums discussion a month or two ago and I recommended to the other forum member to downgrade Forscan. He went back to the version from last November and that solved his problem. It was about the heated steering wheel in that case if I recall. May be worth a try ...

I just had this issue with fire season here when family was riding with. I found that it wouldn't time out as long as I didn't have the defrost setting on and didn't turn the truck off. It would be nice to fix it in forscan.

Now that I have a pass-through from the camper into the truck I have a new problem. The motion sensor alarm! I can only turn it off once via the exit prompt or by going into the vehicle settings on the large screen. The moment I unlock the truck the setting reverses and the sensors will be on the next time I lock the truck.

Is there any setting in Forscan that would allow me to disable the motion sensors permanently? If not, I will need to tape them down. How many are there and where exactly (if not obvious)?
