2023+ ForScan Spreadsheet

I changed the threshold on my TPMS to 50psi and I’m getting this screen with no pressure on the lights still on. Anyone know why?
Try driving it for a few miles. Mine did something like this when I changed my tire size. I took it for a short drive, and the tire pressures came back.

As stated drive to relearn the values and sensors.

I've been looking for "Sport mode " through ForScan and I can't make it work. I know it's nothing crazy but I would rather have it instead of "rock crawl ".
I have a 2025 f250 xlt tremor 7.3

Side note I have tried the double tap of the traction control and it doesn't work.

Yeah thanks for your reply. I was just wanting to get other thoughts on this. Maybe someone else trying to get it

Thanks

Clarifying question on the 23-36 spreadsheet when it says “Add 8 to current value” or “Increase value by 4 (hex)” am I first converting the value into hex then adding then converting back to hex? If anyone has an example that’d be helpful to understand.

Second question for the Auto Regen Checkbox. It shows PCM, IPC, and APIM rows - are these all changes I need to make or are they “ors” where you’d make a change in the PCM or the IPC or the APIM

Hex values
0123456789ABCDEF (repeat)

A mod with multiple lines such as auto regen checkbox requires all values are changed to achieve the desired mod.

Thanks @ZooDad

To repeat it back and make sure I understand if the current value in the position is say D and the instructions are “increase by 4” that value would become 1?

Searched the forum and couldn’t find a thread - can we disable the 30 min idle thru forscan? Its not in the 23+ sheet so I assume no, but figured I’d ask.

So, for the triple ding at startup, when I go to IPC 720-01-02, the 2nd digit on the 2nd column is already a 2 for my truck. So, if that’s what I’m supposed to change it to but it’s already a 2 and does the triple ding, how can I make a change to shut it off?

@ZooDad - Is there a way to deactivate the fog light corner assist through Forescan?

Currently, when you are below a speed threshold (I believe it is 20MPH), when you turn your steering wheel, the fog light on the side you are turning into comes on to assist in lighting the road. This feature was kind of nice with the OEM fog lights, but I do not care for it with the aftermarket ones I have installed.

I have read bits and pieces online that this can be disabled, but I cannot find clear directions. I assume it is in the BCM somewhere?

I’m trying to turn off all the sounds when starting up too. Haven’t been able to figure it out either. Sometime I get the regular ding sounds and then sometimes it makes a louder ding sound. Not sure what the difference is.

IIRC, I remember seeing it in the BCM, under plain english. I think they were called left and right fog light function or similar. Mine are already set to fog only but there were the cornering assist and other options.

I didn't even think the check the plain english, if I find it, I will post it up here.

@ZooDad I can help people in NH with forscan.

I was able to turn it ON in the center stack options somewhere.

I think it's called cornering lights.

I kinda like them.

I've realized that the projector headlights on my truck are always in the low position and I have terrible visibility at night with my low beams. It's been this way since I purchased the truck, even before the lift was installed.

When I start the truck at night, you can see the projectors move. They start in the high/normal position, go down, go out, go in, go back up to ride height, and then immediately go all the way down the lowest setting.

I'm going to try re-setting the VDM ride height in with Forscan to see if this fixes the issue.

We do this quite often on the Raptor trucks to reset the ride height on the Live Valve shocks when customers modify the front and/or rear ride height.

My theory is that the ride height is off and that's why the truck is always defaulting to the low setting. I'm going to give this reset a shot and will report back.
