I’m sure I’m wrong…. But I’m picturing you right now. Sitting in the cockpit of an airplane, tie and short sleeve shirt…. Planes in Autopilot and you’re talking to your Co-pilot about this thread and the pheasants you are talking to on here.

Whoa now, I'm NOT a Cirrus pilot. 😂

My bad… this is what I’m picturing now. Must be the XLT trim level.

I’d take a xlt all day long if it came with led headlights. Like all vehicles should at this point!
I’m Not a fan of aftermarket headlights though. Seems like they open a whole other can of worms. Stereo and other upgrades are way easier to do on a xlt.
This is how I see it as well, love my xlt, but need led headlights, no complaints otherwise

Alright you bunch of Pheasant hating asshats…. How about a little help?????

So I talked to Badge King today and for $85 they are making me new fender badges to REMOVE my poor man’s XLT badges from my front fenders and replaces them with a dark version that says “TRAMPER”…. So that part of my Pheasant truck is fixed!!!!!!!!

Now, help me out with a steering wheel! I actually don’t like my poor man’s steering wheel, i can’t remember the last time I had a wheel that wasn’t leather and my other cars all have leather wheels. This, being a pheasant steering wheel obviously feels cheap, it’s also the size of the steering wheel from the short bus I rode as a kid!

Ideally I’d like a Raptor wheel, with the same buttons but I’m not sure anyone with a Raptor is this poor. If not a Raptor a “little Prince” (Lariat) wheel would also be great.

Anyone know where or how to find the right Ford part number for either of these wheels???

FWIW there is a company that makes a plug and play wiring harness for the 23’s now that lets the Raptor paddle shifters work…. So that would be my ideal as I do Offroad and downshift (down long hills) quite often.

Thank you in advance for all the help and ridicule.

Why would you want that shit? For paddles and a red strip that comes off in two years?

Well I don’t care about the red strip lol, I was thinking paddles would be slick for actual shifting. Again my truck isn’t really for daily commuting.

Do you have anyway to find correlating part numbers? Or are you just here to remind me of being poor? Hahahaha

You're not poor. You have a nice truck, sick camper, healthy family and a great bourbon collection.

Here I come again with more enthusiasm…

why does an XLT pheasant need a raptor steering wheel, for a mere $5 he can be like Alpoba with a premium blackout sticker to hide the ugly blue logo.

ml3z-3600-ja I just did this swap. took about 10 Min. Airbag is different to remove (a clip on either side that you can get with flathead screw drivers). Start truck and Turn wheel 90 degrees before disconnecting the battery.

I second this. His camper cost more than my truck, camper, my bronco, and my two ATVs combined... Wolf in sheep's clothing, I say... 😜

Just get one of those leather steering wheel wraps with the string. My great grandmother loved those things 😎

Don’t try and take my status as lord of the Pheasants.

That was actually the very first thing i thought about. Hahaha. I guess I’m old enough to remember them too
