SRF porchetta roast today. First time for me!
And today, pork belly burnt ends. Will make a good afternoon snack after mowing and cutting firewood! Prolly use some for tacos too.

I just saw these yesterday on Facebook and want to try them. They look good.
Delicious and super easy. I wish I had cooked a little longer to get that more fall apart portion of it, but still damn tasty.
I searched cook & cooking
