Yeah popped my cherry on this can, picked up an oculus and now looking at 50 cal cans
Great all around can to start out with. Rugged makes some of the toughest suppressors no doubt. Word to the wise, cans are as addicting as truck mods :ROFLMAO:

Truth. I'm up to 27 now 😬

OCL Infinity and CAT ODB 718 are two I've run several hundred rounds of full-auto 5.56 and 300AAC supers through at a time and they show literally zero signs of erosion. Heavy, though.

How could I make such a devastating mistake?!?

I would assume the same; got my fuel additives in the little measured doses on the driver’s side, so its filled up.

Honestly with the amount of storage pockets there, if I had a printer I’d tinker with turning that whole section into a little trash can. Leave the cup holder and the back half for misc. storage, and the center piece can be that. I mean, I have a little collapsible trash can behind the console that I use, but can’t be turning around I guess. Haha
What kind of bottles do you use to divide up the additive? New to the diesel game so still trying to figure it out.

The Hot Shot’s Secret Everyday Treatment I’m running had small 4oz bottles, so I grabbed 4 of them. So now I just time my refills to need 2oz shots, so half a bottle.

Then I just fill them up from the larger jug as needed, means I have 8 fuel-ups on hand. And the 4 bottles, plus the bottle of injector cleaner fills the pocket nicely. Injector cleaner’s the same deal, half a bottle every 6000km.

Good to know if fits. I was never able to actually test one on a 6.7.
Vent tube is an interesting idea.
The 6.7L and 7.3L use a different oil cap and have different neck angles. The 6.7L is an 8 degree angle and fits none of the other ford engines. The 7.3L funnel fits MANY modern ford models.

I designed, print and sell a MEGA version for the 7.3 and 6.7 with a Tupperware style lid for the top and a twist to lock cap for the bottom. A vent tube isn’t necessary believe it or not… they’ll take oil as fast as you can pour it.

If anyone else prints one, definitely make sure you’re using PETG as PLA will turn to jello with extended oil contact.

I’ve probably sold 100 or so on the forum thus far, but at $85/shipped, it’s not for everyone.

Any reason you're doing PETG over ASA? Not doubting your choice, just curious. We've switched to ASA for nearly all functional parts due to the higher heat tolerance. I believe PETG glass transition is around 175F and ASA around 220F. We can also generally get ASA for the same price or less.

ASA is a good option also.

- PETG has slightly better resistance to oil/solvents compared to ASA (minor)
- PETG is more durable when dropped in the garage repeatedly (important since I lifetime warranty all my stuff.)
- Less fumes when printing.
- Lower print temp means less electricity spent heating the hot end and bed.

ASA is certainly better for high heat environments, but the oil filler neck never gets hot enough to really worry about heat.

Sounds logical to me

@PilotGore's funnels are absolutely amazing. The fit and finish is exceptional as it makes filling with the 5qt jugs a breeze!

Would you recommend I get these to fill my version of 5qt jugs? 🤪
