What have you 3D printed?

Made a mount to secure an air coupler on top of my stock receiver hitch. Hopefully I attached the files correctly.
The mount secures a 1/2" id Flexzilla hose with 3/8" MPT connection to a Flexzilla 1/4" body, 3/8" FPT coupler.
Cover is made to fit the Flexzilla coupler. FYI the cover does not fit my other high-flow 1/4" body couplers.

Btw, my first cover print was not good using whatever settings i had for TPU on my X1C. Found some new settings (see below) and the print turned out near flawless.
This is using Overature TPU a friend of mine gave me.

I printed 50% infill on the cover and slowed all print speeds by about 50%. Print time was 1.5 hrs but worth it.

Don't have good pics but designed two mounts for rear view camera and Garmin NAV. Pic of grey unit was one of the prototypes. Final design was slightly different but same concept. Both worked excellent but just pay attention to media. PLA will soften in the summer heat so used PETG which seemed to work well on my last major trip out west.

That's awesome, how did you place it on the plate? When you bring it into the slicer it puts it at a 45.

Thanks for the update and the original files! I printed one in black PETG but only after changing the oil for the first time. I did test fit it though and it fits great. I subsequently made a version that has a small vent tube out of yellow ASA, but not sure if the vent tube is large enough or not.

I printed the Powerstroke funnel with the square side down on the bed with no supports and it came out great.

I print them funnel opening facing down. The 7.3 funnel needs supports. Tree supports I think work best.

Good to know if fits. I was never able to actually test one on a 6.7.
Vent tube is an interesting idea.

Check your support overhang setting. My funnels print without any internal supports. My overhang setting is at 60 deg on my X1C.
I think prusa's by default are 55. Support should only be needed for the neck of the funnel. Will make it print a lot faster.
