What have you 3D printed?

Someone find this man some more mini off-road attachments 🤣 imma have to come to Vegas just to see your show truck one day 😉
Drinks are on me (the mini ones of course)!

You should figure out who makes the bulk of these and get them to sponsor your truck. Then you can buy some regular sized drinks 😉
Looking into to it now.

I love Fallout.

Any yall print ASA?

Got a Bambu X1C. I've tried all sorts of settings and cannot get the top surface to turn out smooth. Best i can do, the surface feels like a fine file. Its not warping. the texture is pretty darn consistent. My filament is dried via an Eibos Cyclopes. It cant be a moisture issue.

Im at my wits end trying different settings. Any help is appreciated.

I 3D printed a microphone mount for my Midland GMRS radio.

I got them commercially produced and sell them now that I finished the design.
Might have to purchase this from you, and the bumper light brackets. Nice job!

Have you tried ironing? I haven’t personally messed with it but it seems to give good results once it is dialed in. There’s some suggested settings on Reddit.

I have not explored/used that setting at all. Thank you for this suggestion. I'll give it a shot.

One other thing i'm looking to do is flow calibration. However, you have to connect the printer and i'm still working to figure out how to do that. I'm close but i think i still have some firewall setting that ive yet to find to open'r up.

I have no issues printing ASA on my bambu X1C. It does the flow calibration and bed height adjustment at the start of each print that seems to work great. I don't think it needs to be network enabled for that to work. Do you have the starting cal setting enabled?

Starting cal setting enabled? Do you mind elaborating. I'm new to terminology but am learning fast.
FYI - i'm using the Bambu Slicer.

When i choose to start a print it asks me if i want to do flow calibration. I've run it with and without and it makes no difference.
It always does bed leveling so I know thats not the issue. I did have warping issues early on but had addressed them.

The ironing is working out but its still not quite where i want it.

EDIT: I see your original post said you are drying.

How many top layers are you printing?

Got my X1C a week ago and so far it is awesome.
I've printed PLA, PETG, & TPU without any problems.

My spools of ASA & ABS arrived yesterday, so I haven't tried them yet.
I'll see if I have some time and try the ASA later today.
