Installed Rough Country neoprene seat cover on driver side over lunch. Its gonna be muddy in AR so this will keep that one inevitable mud turd from cheese grating itself into the perforated holes in the seat.
They have a bit of a Harbor Freight-like smell to them but itll air out. Its a one piece design so the back of the seat is connected, main reason i went with them... oh, and they were reasonably priced

You have may have posted and I may have missed it (hard to keep up with allt he posts in here and I already spend too much time in here than I should) - are you relocating your Aux switches entirely or are you relocating your fuse panel box simply?

I started to relocate the entire Upfitter switch fuse box (under the hood) to the driver side. The two tabs are the exact same dims and would allow for it.
Ended up just extending Upfitter #2-6 wires to the driver side and 3d printing something to hold a terminal block.

First time you bring her out of the wood works! Stellar rig by a great craftsman.

I'd love to see her with that nose brought up at least 1" like a .44 SS MAG

I wanna come out and wheel the mid west with you.

Let plan it! I drive through AZ a couple times a year and would be up for a meet. Going to try and do some off-roading in September near Sedona if I can find some good trails that are appropriate for our trucks.

Back from the trip. We ended up running all of Day 3 and Day 4 of the OOAT. Facebook is full of jokers more worried about my paint than I am but ya know what? I have maybe 1-2 scratches that i can see after power washing in Clarksville, AR.
Now, those dang black trim pieces on the doors... THOSE need to be PPF'd. They scratched up pretty decent so I'll have to look for the p/n for those, replace and PPF them.

Here's what I came away with from this trip:

Bone stock this truck did amazing. I need more ground clearance though.
Stock tires on stock rims aired down to 18psi worked great. Never busted a bead and rode nice.
I bought/installed a @Talon2006 skid plate before this trip and it got used. You do lose a little ground clearance but its 1/4" aluminum. Very glad I had them. would buy them again.
The RRO sliders I bought that mount to the body did their job as well. They flex enough that the back part makes contact with the bottom of the bed fender. Left a straight line scar because of this but its not visible unless getting underneath. Minimal compared to the body damage i would have had though.
My antenna placement SUCKS. SO BAD. There were times rigs behind me were receiving the leaders comms and it never even registered on my radio. Other times it was all static. It was very frustrating. Not sure how/why people run it in this location.
The stock inverter in my pickup WILL reliably run a NOCO genius 5x1 but it will NOT run the standard run-of-the-mill M18/M12 battery charger. Just plugging the charger in with no batteries would cause that orange indicator light to flash. I will be upgrading the inverter. I know @BroncOh has a write-up. Theres quite a bit of wiring going to the stocker so I'll be checking that write-up out for sure.
My onboard air system worked great. tag teamed with my m18 inflator it made for a pretty quick air up.
The rented camper did ok and was nice to have all the storage but being a full size crew cab... i'm already long enough. It was great getting to experience pulling a camper and navigating some tight but otherwise easy trails.
- I learned that a camper is not the right call for me. I need to be more nimble. I will be looking at buying a Lone Peak.

I may update this list as i think of other things.

18lbs front and rear? You're a brave soul and on stock tires?? Consider yourself lucky but you are a gasser so you're not as heavy in the front as we are but I'm still shocked you didn't loose a soldier.

Yes, the stock inverter is complete garbage - I am so sick of it myself --- I am so ready to swap mine out precisely with Bronco's write-up. The Samlex but like you, I feel I have to prepare myself to the 9th degree due to all the wiring and tearing into cab itself. Not looking forward to this at all.

If you're pleased with your single compressor, wait until you get two in there.

Then wait until you see/use the portable dual-cylinder compressor (no tank) that can pump up four (4) 37s from 20# to 60# in twelve minutes. You will really wonder why you even have on-board air. Although, I am still considering your product if you ever put it out to the public for practically purposes.

Having a place to sleep outdoor is nice but I am so over 5th wheels, travel trailers, pretty much anything that you need to drag - I don't care if its overlanding or not. I rather pack a tent, pack light, inflate a mattress and call it a night. The next morning you box her up and no need to drag anything through the forest or trails. Need a shitter to sit while outdoors? Then stay home.

Don't get me wrong, having the comodity outdoors is soo nice but I've been there, done that.

I like having my rig and being able to get in her and head to the next hitching post and continue the journey.
