Which brand of sliders did you go with, or custom Tig work?

I don't see the post, just saw the post with the assortment of stickers. Are they bolt on? Wasn't aware anyone made a decent set for our rigs yet that didn't rely on the factory running board bolt locations, which aren't meant for certain moment loads.

I didnt post about them other than the one picture.

They are bolt on but they use the factory running board locations. I completely agree with you, just by looking at them, that the running board bolts should not be used for this type of device.
However, the factory boards werent going to cut it and having nothing was not an option. These are simply insurance until my buddy and I can get back and finish designing bolt-on-frame sliders (expensive but still cheaper than my deductible, plus they'll resell easily). We have three of the four mounts on each side already finalized.

I'm on the phone with UPS currently as this launch has been the most important to me. Rest assured if they can't fix it I will be upset. Sucks going into a weekend where I can do a ton of orders.

You're still not lifted, correct?

Still stock suspension although i did swap out the stockers for some 5100s.

Need to
Install GMRS radio
Install custom Ghost ant mount I 3d printed
Find a way to secure my fridge
Install my upfitter relocation terminal block and get it wired in
Wire up my Harbor Freight lights with my custom light covers
After that itll just be checking/packing gear and clothes.

Looking forward to this trip.

Spot on. Just took my caliper to the hole. I'm getting 39.8mm so, yea, 40mm.
Just ordered them. Arrive Wednesday.

FYI - these things are just slightly north of garbage. They are super thin and made for wider material. However, some flex seal tape on both sides and it seals up quite nice.

So, a good friend of mine and I have been reading about the battery junction boxes on these trucks and their vulnerability. From our gathers, it appears the lid doesnt always stay seated correctly allowing water intrusion from the top. I'm looking to use zip ties to help hold mine down as we will probably do 30-40 water crossing + mud holes in AR next week. (not cranked down, just enough to keep the lid secure)

I'm currently printing a TPU gasket (0.020" thick) to see if that will work/add value.

What are yalls thoughts?

Finished installing my upfitter relocation. I'm working on making a cover but its not a priority ATM.

Mounts using the two tabs on the DS with a single 1/4" bolt to hold'r in place. 99% sure this config only works on single battery gassers.
Blue Sea 6 circuit 65A terminal block.

I ran Ancor Marine grade 8awg wire for Upfitters 2-6 so i could maintain a relay-less setup. (I dont engineer wiring so this may be overbuilt. shocker) Upfitter 1 is my OBA and routes down the pass side along with the power to the compressor.
Drilled holes in the plastic cowling part for zipties to route it over the engine to the DS.
I wanted to make a connector at the upfitter wires but didnt have any luck on my first go, said screw it and hardwired it.
Believe this ended up using about 6-7' of 8awg for each run and then sheathed it with 3/4" splitloom.

this will make using/connecting to the upfitters MUCH easier. Plus allows me to double up on things if i want the upfitter to control more than one accessory.
I had already made the crimps extending the wires when murphy, i mean @trmrzla, announced his upfitter module.

Nice modification, it looks really handy in this spot. One thing to note, water from the cowl drains here (picture) and could saturate the connections. A cover would be essential. I would also use marine grade connectors (tinned or nickel coated), not pure copper. As a temporary preventative, use a silicone dielectric coating on the terminals.

Blue Sea provides drawings for their stuff, one thing i like about them. i could probably make something that could seal up pretty good.
I typically use tinned connectors (marine grade wire with copper kinda makes no sense ). No clue why i didnt here.

Shout out to @Phil314 for making available a file for some headrest hooks. I'm printing them right now.
I hang a camelback off the back of my seat on trips and this will make it easier than rigging up some paracord.
