Installed a few of the @OmahaBravo parts.

I Ordered the AllGuard Kit, most if it shipped, just waiting on the Light Guards which are backordered at the moment due to a change in finishes, which is Understandable

Hood Guard went in smoothly.

Cover Guard was also simple to install

I didn't realize it at the time of order, but if you have 23+ truck you do need to order the extra fasteners as 23+ has second tailgate panel.
T-25 to remove and the OB kit comes with the special bit needed to install the new security fasteners.
I don't see an option to order just the 4 extra screws so I'll email @OmahaBravo and see how to get them.

Tail Guard kit - Install is super slick and easy - the one thing that is not discussed or highlighted on OB website that if you you have the OEM Tail Gate Step, there is still a vulnerability as it does leave one pathway for the scum to get into the tailgate itself. I added master lock on the tail gate that provided an extra layer of security

Getting ready for the Big trip to Kentucky for the Tremor Group KTP meet up next week

Oil change # 3 and had the axles and TC fluids checked.
With shop fees and taxes it was $ 76.40

Just back from the Tremor Meetup in Kentucky, and now it is Hunting season in Texas

Time to Clean the coils on the AC, and added a KN Cabin Air Filter

no need to disable the inner fender liner, just reach up behind the Right Front Wheel and insert the long tube that comes with the Klima-Cleaner into the Evaporator drain Port. Once you have the tube installed, add the can to the white head, then discharge the entire bottle and wait 20 minutes for it to work.
It will foam up and then drain out.

Then Replaced the Cabin Air filter with a KN Unit, PN# VF2049

Once you have the tube install, add the can to the white head, then discharge the entire bottle and wait 20 minutes for it to work. It will foam up and then drain out.

Depends on AC usage, dust and pollen.
Here in Texas I change the cabin airfilter 3 or 4 times a year, Now with the KN filter, just remove it, wash it, and reinstall

I plan on the Klima-Clean once a year a preventive maintenance.
If I get the mold/mildew smell back anytime soon, I will do the Klima-Clean more often.

For what it is worth, I have used this product once and it worked ok but then I decided to do a variation of @BroncOh method by removing the retaining clip off the drain, adding a 90 degree elbow along with an ample amount of silicone, and a longer drain tube and haven't smelled the musty odor in over a year. In my experience, the condensation was dripping back into the firewall and causing the odor.

yup - I ordered an elbow yesterday for the same reason, to get the drain away from the firewall

I saw that post and may do the same- I don’t like how the AC condensation is dripping on my frame rail. Seems like a great way to accelerate a problem spot in the long term

I hate the fact FORD did not put a drain plug on the Rear Axle, and I'd Rather buy Dove and Duck hunting ammo than to purchase an ALUM DIFF COVER

So here goes... Pulled the DIFF COVER, Oil was black, it was topped off to the fill hole, and had minimal sparkles in it from the break in and several trips to CO, AR, OK with a trailer.

Then the fun started and I Drilled three holes with a Rotabroach cutter to prep the DIFF cover for Steel BUNGS

Welded in some bungs, and had to load in a new Spool of 0.030 INE wire into the Miller 210, seems to run out at the worst time...

Then cleaned it up and washed with brake cleaner


Super simple Job, all you need is a 3/8" ratchet and various 13mm wrenches, 13mm sockets and a torque meter to 22FT-LBF
The 36" 1/2 drive to 3/8" drive is a specialty tool for transmission work, but I carry it in the F350 to lower and raise the spare

I ended up not using the RTV, as the OEM FORD gasket has a seal on it.

2024 F350 7.3 Godzilla has a 11.6 Sterling Axle and it requires a PN # PC3Z-4036-A gasket

In Summation, I added three bungs.

1. Bottom Bung is for for a GOLD PLUG Drain plug, I Chose a M18x1.5 because if had to fit under the Ring and Pinion. The Crush washer is Gold Plug Part # SW-05
2. Middle Bung a large Stainless Sight Glass rated to 300 psi , when All the way full to the top, that is 4 qts exactly.
3. Top Bung is the Fill Plug, because Ford and Sterling were incapable to put the Fill Plug in the Correct Position and I ain't messing with my ELD port to add oil. I used a Copper washer to seal this Plug

Sight glass does double Duty, Fill level indicator to 4 qts , and lets you know when Black and needs a change.

The new fill plug location has an added benefit that as long as the spare is down out of the truck you can fill the Diff directly with the plastic quart bottles.
No hoses, pumps, or squeeze bags needed
