I have not but got a popup in DecHas anyone received a PCO in the mail or pop-up this year?
Same one i got, mine was an EXCLUSIVE CASH OFFER $2000 1/2/24 expiration date.
The cash offers are locked in when you order. Just tell Grainger you have one and they can look it up by your name and zip code. There is a specific number in the email just for you but they shouldn’t need it.Hello; Brand new here so, don't know the ropes yet. I came across this forum looking for Ford's phone number for a Customer Loyalty offer I received by E-Mail for $2000 "Exclusive Cash Offer" on a NEW F-150, F-150 Lightning, Super Duty or Expedition. The Expedition is what I went into an Oxnard, CA Ford Dealer to see about buying. I had given the salesman my name and E-Mail address and a few days later, I received this "$2000 Exclusive Cash Offer". I actually DON'T know exactly how all of this works yet but we are going to buy the Expedition from Granger Ford in Iowa but we're ORDERING one, NOT buying off-the-lot. I read that a few of you folks called and got a "Lock-In Code" from Ford to give to the Dealer (Granger Ford, in our case). Could anyone tell me what phone number to call to be able to speak with Ford Marketing (or whoever I must call) to get this Lock-In Code? I saw on Page #1 of this thread that Ford Marketing was (800) 334-4375 but, it seems like that post was a few years back. Is this number still good or is there a "More Current" number? Any help would be MUCH Appreciated! Thanks, Lance
It’s my understanding that if you had a valid PCO when you placed the order, upon purchase they will go back and apply the PCOThe cash offers are locked in when you order. The offers have to used at time of order or purchase. They can’t be applied between those dates.
Is it from Ford or the dealer in Oxnard? Wondering if it is only good at that dealer and is an incentive from them, not Ford.Forgot to mention; Like pizzaguy above, I received this "$2000 Exclusive Cash Offer" by E-Mail from the Oxnard Dealer on 01/03/24 & expires on 4/2/2024.
The number you posted for Ford marketing is valid. I called it last week.Hello; Brand new here so, don't know the ropes yet. Granger won't lock in your PCO. They check them on delivery. If it's not valid at that point, it most likely won't be used. The cash offers are locked in when you order. What are the chances of success by just calling and asking for one?
Unfortunately, they can't be transferred. They have to be used by someone in the household that it has been assigned. They only way someone could get one for you is if they get a pop-up and put your information in.I called and did not have one under my name... If anyone has an unassigned PCO they do not need I would love to have it! My truck has been built and shipped but I do not head home from overseas for a little while. Will probably do the deal online and have my wife pick it up.
