How to get Ford's Private Cash Offer (PCO OFFER)

Something new regarding factory cash offers. I got my periodic email from Ford with my Vehicle Health Report. It always says everything checks OK but I usually click the link and go to the web site to read the full report, no big deal. This time when I logged in to get the report a form popped up on the screen to apply for a cash offer. This is what it looked like:

I filled out the form just to entertain myself and the offer popped up immediately. Curious if others are able to get this offer when they log into the Ford web site?

Do you know if you already had an existing offer? I ask because I have seen the same or similar page in past years. At the time those who already had an offer would fill it out and see what you are, the offer, but when filled out with information of someone who did not have any current offers the result was different.

I currently have a $1k offer good till 1/2/24 on a Super Duty, if it is as I've seen in the past, if I were to fill out that form I expect it would tell me about the $1k offer I have.

That's most likely the case. I just thought it was odd or something new that they would prompt a person that logs into the site to check for a cash offer. If a person didn't know they had one out there, they would discover it. I'm just hoping that activity on the build site will generate an offer for folks hoping to cash in so to speak. Who knows.

If you have a link for us without PCO to try, I'm expecting delivery early December, and would love to try getting that elusive form to pop up!

When you say complete the profile, are you meaning create an account?

Mine was issued on 12/1 and expired on 1/2/24. The 1/2/24 was got ordering, not purchasing.

The way it was working last year was as follows:
1) If you had an active PCO when the order was placed it would get locked in even if it expired before the vehicle was delivered. You had a PCO at the time of order.
2) If you had an active PCO when the vehicle was delivered, even if you didn't when it was ordered. You had an active PCO at the time of delivery.
3) If you didn't have a PCO and ordered a vehicle but then got a PCO but it expired before the truck was delivered (due to production timelines) you were out of luck. You didn't have an active PCO either at the time of order or deliver.

Folks currently on the hunt for a PCO, if you can't find one don't forget about the farm bureau discount (assuming that is still active), it cost me $40 to join for a year and knocked $500 off the truck. Caveat was you needed a membership that was active for 90days if I recall correctly so plan accordingly on joining timeframe, I joined after my truck was ordered but before I took delivery.
The Farm Bureau discount expires on 1/2/24. Not sure if it will renew.

Has anyone’s dealer refused to apply the PCO until the dealer has the truck on the lot? Ford told me it could be applied at the time of the order and I have a VIN and granger still won’t apply it. Kind of annoying since the truck will be built the week after it expires.

I’ve ordered through Granger and this is the normal process. They will be able to apply it once the vehicle arrives. I ordered a truck in Dec of 2021 and the PCO expired in Jan of 2022. Vehicle arrrived Feb of 2023 and they were able to locate and apply it no issues. Of note ford marketing cannot see a PCO in their system if you call once it’s “expired”. Their system is different than the dealers and the dealers can still see and apply it. You will be good if you met the “take delivery or order by” stipulation in the fine print of the PCO. Congrats on the truck!

Called Ford Marketing today, said I have a In Market Direct Owner offer when I asked if there was a PCO for my account.

They gave me a code to give to the dealership. They were unable to tell me any further details and said the offer can change depending on vehicle.

Is this similar/same to the PCO discussed here? Says it expires Jan 2, 2024 so based on what I read if I place an order before then I should be able to apply it even though it will be expired by the time the order arrives

I called Ford Marketing about a possible PCO... They gave me a code for a locked in finance deal.
Has anyone ever used one of these finance offers? Marketing couldn't give me any information about the rate or anything.

Never heard of that, interesting.

Just visited the Granger Ford Website, and Boom, got a $2000 (PCO) well $1000 for Super Duty.

Never did visit Grangers site today but hit just about every other one… but from phone mobile browser. This time, I used my laptop.

I’ll keep on hunting

Holy Crap!! I just got a PCO pop-up and got $1000 for Superduty! I'm going to see if Granger will apply it on Tuesday when I reach out to them. Unfortunately, it expires on 1/2/24. I won't be able to pick up the truck until the 3rd unless something changes. Unlikely though.

Nice! You on Granger’s site or elsewhere?
