I called Ford at the end of Sept. to see if I had an active PCO. The women asked what vehicle I was interested in then came back and said to keep an eye on my email. On 10/1 I received a $2K offer. One thing she did say is the program is now handled by a 3rd party so they are limited on what they can personally do now.

I got one in sept or so. Kinda laughable, I build out the XL I want and it’s 4k cheaper than a platinum.
