FYI 2022 Updated Production Schedule

Ordered my truck (Its a 2021 model) on 3/11/21, didn't go into production until 6/1 with Ford confirming it will be complete 6/22. I have a Priority 9 Code (Not sure what that means, however I am using the X plan). I am in Wyoming for anyone living in the area wondering what the wait time seems to be so far.

Keep us posted. I don't know of anyone here yet who had an order that was confirmed to have been partially completed and then resumed production to be delivered. It will be a useful data point once you have it. Encouraging if storage period was only ~20 days.

I have been given a build week of 7/19, however I cant pull my window sticker. Has anyone been able to get a window sticker for a '22 build yet?

So I just got an email from my salesperson. I guess Ford now wants a copy of the customer's drivers license for the order. Maybe that's why I got a VIN but no build date. Since trucks are in such high demand, he suspects dealers are creating orders with bogus names to get a higher priority, to get trucks on their lots.

My salesperson obtained a copy of my driver’s license when I placed my order on 04/23 and made the deposit. I didn’t ask why at the time.

Interesting, but it makes sense, wonder if my dealer will call for a copy of my license since they never asked for it up front. They just told me they need an email address to make sure the build is going to a client and not on the dealers lot.

So in light of this Driver License requirement I reached out to my dealer. They said they used the copy from my old deal when I bought my 2021( sounds like a work around for them as they take photo copies to test drive and buy)
Also told me my build week was 8/09....far cry from 7/19. Ugh gotta call Ford again I guess and hope they're just ignorant at my dealer lol

Nope. Infact when I enter my vin it shows up as a 1992 superduty on the generic Vin decoder websites.

I asked your question over on Blue Oval and usually window sticker is available just a few days before the build date.

Just made a call to Ford. I usually call on Thursday’s. Last week was nothing. Today there is still no VIN or dates but now shows “Order Processing”.

This one is just to send to ford it is not your price. your price is x-plan less all rebates.
we need to get this over soon as ford will cancel orders on the 14.

I ordered 4/2 and still nothing. I'm imagining probably in the next two weeks I'll see a schedule, which will put me about 3 weeks behind for a late July/early August delivery (initially). So I'll expect it probably around early to late September (my guess).

In other words, Ford is now requiring ID’s for orders so they’re going to use yours to get an extra truck for their lot. Clever. ?

Called Marketing, no information again this week except that it is "in order processing".
Dealer calls me at the same time needing my signature. They collected driver's license, deposit, and signature initially, but now need another signature ( may be because I made a change last month and added UTT pro camera.) The signature issue is "not holding up my order" per the dealer.
Ordered 4/21
Note: the dealer changed my priority code from 12 to 15 at some point...which I noticed last week. Finally got the dealer on the phone and they are now looking into it and will call be back.

I won't be surprised if *some* deliveries start in September, I'll be surprised if *many* April and beyond orders arrive before Q4, and am betting that the average won't be here until December or later. So I can only take so many of these bets before the odds work against me. But not everyone is going to get lucky. So first come first serve. A round on me either way! ?
