FYI 2022 Updated Production Schedule

Nothing, He said to just keep checking back every 2 weeks or so. I will skip that and just keep up to date on what's happening on Blue Oval the people there have way more info. :)
Well - that’s a drag. Seeing you ordered a month sooner than I did tells me more info as to where the bottleneck is.

Just confirmed with my dealer my truck is built except for the computer components which are awaiting chips and there is no timetable for when they will be able to complete it.

I have already sold my truck and cannot wait until next year so unfortunately I will have to try and find something off a lot. If anyone knows of any dealerships w/ Tremor 7.3L’s please let me know. I am willing to fly anywhere to pickup and drive back home.

Someone was recently posting a dealer in Alabama that had some stock asking MSRP. I’m sure they’re gone by now but might be worth sniffing around here for.

Yuck. That’s sad to read, man. When did you order?

Used dealer in Wisconsin has 2 - 7.3 Tremors on the lot the last time I checked.

You can call Ford marketing at 800-334-4375. Have your order number and sales number handy. They will look it up for you. ??
Thanks for posting the number. I called and the lady was super nice. No VIN yet, just shows "in processing". My 22 order was confirmed on 4/20/21 for F350 xlt 6.7 Tremor.
I'll call back in another month.
But according to my dealer, they said all 2022 orders Ford will notify you via email of order confirmation, scheduling, built and delivery.

If I knew what I know now I would have went with a 2021. I started this journey back the first part of January and then seen the 2022 had a couple of changes and since I do all my running around in a little pickup I thought I could wait till August-September so I ordered as soon as I could. Sold my Raptor faster then I thought possible for what I paid for it in 2017. If I could find a 2021 just like I want I would buy it but that looks impossible at this point so the wait continues. I hope all you guys with 2021's that ordered way before me get your truck soon. Good luck

Nsford in San Antonio tx has 5 on order- I put a deposit on one (all XLT premium) I think one lariat. I bought the silver xlt due to arrive June 10th.

Sames Ford Bastrop tx has one xlt on
order 4-6weeks out

ken compel Ford I believe it’s called has one or two on order. Xlt value

not sure if you’re looking for f350 or f250 but these are all f250

Ugh I cringe to think I six more months in the Powder Puff wagon, ah I meant PowerWagon. I go to bed dreaming of that sweet misty smell of a new truck. Black on Black on Black sweet Lariat, my future chariot, ?
Curious about your thoughts on the PW.

Was considering one heavily but settled on the Tremor.

first here’s my caveat,

I bought a 2016 about a year and a half ago, it had about 36k miles on it. I haven’t bought a used vehicle ever before, always Ford Rangers as a kid, and F-150’s since, so going to the Dodge was a flippant decision.

It was a Certified vehicle, and the starter went out, the dealership did not honor the repair.

I honestly don’t love the truck, but keep in mind I bought an almost 4 year old vehicle. I don’t like the reliability, the service department, or the ride honestly.

I have driven it for a year and a half, I wish I would have kept the F-150 I traded.

It looked cool, had a winch, and I just needed a change due to some personal life nonsense, so I made a snap decision and bought a used Dodge???

Oh and I have access to employee pricing through Ford, so it’s hard not to go with Em. Dodge is asking MSRP (or close) for 75 anniversary PowerWagons. And here’s another question, why are they so available when you can’t find an F-250 anywhere

Cliff Notes: PowerWagon, It’s a 2500, that drives like a 2500, walks all over the road, and doesn’t tow shit.

Off Road-TRX or Raptor

Off-Road and Tow=Tremor

Confusingly ridiculous=PowerWagon. It’s like a fat kid that is kinda good at gymnastics for a fat kid, but doesn’t do other fat kid things well.

Gosh I hate this truck.

I had the opportunity to pick up a 75th for just over 10k off MSRP, about 5k less than the Tremor I ordered. Almost did it, but ultimately considered the PW more of a toy vs the Tremor as a true do-all truck that will last me likely as long as I wish to keep it.

PW definitely had it perks though. Amazing interior vs the Fords extremely dated design. Shorter overall length by 11”, would be much more nimble/handier. But the 6.4 and the cam/lifter issues were probably the nail in the coffin for me. Would always be in the back of my mind and be looking to ditch it before issues.

Anyway sorry for the sidetrack back on topic.

I was going to order out a 22' 350 7.3 Carbonized Grey my dealership said it would be 24 weeks out.

Yep, 6-7 months. It's just what it is right now, and I don't see getting better in the near future

It’s been almost inconceivable since mid-March that any 2022’s would be delivered in 2021. December is pretty much the best case scenario based on all of the information we’ve had at our disposal since Jan/Feb.

Nothing has substantively changed to improve those odds as yet.

So unless you’re a gambling man, yes, you should be looking at other options if you *need* a truck this Summer.

The good news is dealers are still receiving 2021 inventory, slowly. The other good news is some dealers aren’t price gouging to the tune of $10k over MSRP. The other good news is prices are very unlikely to go down any time soon (probably ever) so any premium you might pay is relatively recoverable.

So if you stay on top of it, you’ll be able to find a ‘21 at a reasonable price.

The bad news is it’s almost June and you’re just figuring out what was knowable in March. So you’ve got some catching up to do unless you are able to outbid the other Tremor hunters out there.
Yea no luck on a tremor i liked searched US wide. found a roush with all options I wanted at 95 + 5k markup. However the dealer offered to add power boards and a tremor valence and a 2k markup, so 97k (figure amp bords are 2-3k) So I went with, can’t wait and is a shame but it is what it is. I like the roush, once I clean up the graphics package I think it will look cleaner.

Retail scheduling in 2 days! hype!

Anyone know how many retail orders they schedule at a time? Is it all the backlogged orders at once being dumped into a schedule to match build time? Or is it much more complicated?
