I talked to Harrison on July 1st and was told my lights would be shipped the week of the July 6th and my stage 3 bumper will be shipped the week of the 13th. I’m still waiting on the lights, so I don’t think the bumper will be shipped this week. I have UPS manager and as of today no label has been created.

Good luck they have terrible communication skills, and no follow thru. Hard to believe for such a small company.

When I reached out to Heidi about the flat rate she did get back to me after a couple of days and said actual shipping via UPS would be $160 total.

Not only does the box weigh around 45 pounds, it is VERY BULKY and UPS charges crazy money for large bulky packages.

A question for those that have installed theirs already. I was trying to get this lined up without smacking my factory front bumper too many times. I kept running into the same issue of the brackets on the bar hitting the lip circled in the picture. Was this an issue for anyone else?

Some bumpers must be adjusted. If you watch his video on his website, there are 4 bolts on each side that can be loosened and 2 on the back so you have a few inches of play up or down to get the exact fit you want.

Some bumpers must be adjusted. If you watch his video on his website, there are 4 bolts on each side that can be loosened and 2 on the back so you have a few inches of play up or down to get the exact fit you want.

I saw that but was not sure what was being referenced, that makes sense. I'm a bit reluctant to move it because that means I have to remove and then recalibrate the Cruise Control box on the driver's side.

What I got from the instructions: You should not have to move it permanently. Only to install.
Mark the bolt and/ or washer location with a grease pencil. You can then move the bumper right back where it was. The frame paint may be discolored enough that you can tell without marking them.

Harrison told me that since no two trucks are built exactly the same, some folks may have to adjust the bumper up or down to get the look that they want. Many will not, but some may.

When I installed mine I didn’t loosen the bumper at all.

In order to adjust the bumper, that sensor needs to be removed to reach the bumper bolts under it. As of now, the bumper has to be moved because I'm at least 1/4" away from the bolts even watching a thread with the bar already contacting the bumper itself. I think when I had the winch installed, it may have been pulled out of factory position.

I know when they put my winch on they had a huge gap I had to have them readjust a few times to get the spacing right. Is loosening that gonna be an issue with the winch and spacing for that? Anyone know?

Also curious how people are wiring in the lights- to the factory fog lights? I asked trail guard but hadn’t got answer yet.

Upfitter switches. I don't think the fog light circuit can handle the BD lights. You can also install a separate switch under the dash to turn them on and off.

I have S2’s wired to the fog light switch no issues.
