My shipping label was created on 6/23, but it has yet to be given to UPS. I was excited to see the label created, but now a week later, am left to wonder when it will ship. I appreciate these are all handmade and their reported commitment to quality, but the lack of communication with customers (whether it is email purchase confirmations, order updates, etc.) is bummer. Communication is the easiest thing any business can do, but for a small business, it is more critical to get this right as much of your business is driven by reviews and word of mouth.

If you don't have a UPS MyChoice account (free to set-up), I definitely recommend getting one as it allows you track all UPS shipments coming to you.

I just spoke with Harrison. He stated to me that several folks did not provide a phone number and only an email. Several emails have gone to SPAM or junk. Update to the S2 Lights install on the Trail Guard -

****Again, if you are happy with them pointing down at about a 20° angle, you do not need to do any of this except ensure that you fully mount the lights before you mount the bar.

Everything in post #105 is correct, but unfortunately, there are a few more things that need to be done in order to get the lights working with this trail guard like they should.

- You cannot mount or remove the lights once the guard is installed on the truck. This is because you cannot reach the head of bolt that goes through the bracket, and you cannot reach the side bolts to adjust the pitch once they are mounted. This makes adjusting the lights almost impossible, as it requires removing the entire Trail Guard to adjust the pitch of the lights.

- To Fix this:
- I have a welder, so I welded the bolt head to the bracket - See Pic #5
- If you do not have a welder, use some JB Weld and make sure it is cured

- The second update is that you must space the bracket away from the Trail Guard by 1/4" to allow for the necessary pitch adjustment. I had some lage 1/4" rectangular washers that worked perfect, but I know most of you will not have these. See Pic #6
- You can use regular washers, just stack them 1/4" high. See Pic #7


It is absurd that you cannot mount the S2 lights in their proper orientation without the top bar blocking a significant portion of the lights, this is a design flaw that they need to address.

After all of the modifications, the bar and lights are finally installed, I just need to hook up the lights (probably going to connect them to my fog lights). With the bolts welded to the brackets, I can easily remove them for any pitch adjustments if needed. See Pic #8

This process should not have been this hard, and as I stated, is a direct result of poor engineering of the light mounting positions on the Trail Guard Bar.

But….I really like how everything came out, and it was worth the hassle.

For those that don’t have square washers, you can also go to the Ho or Lo (HD/ Lowe’s) and grab a piece of aluminum bar stock. Drill a hole then cut it to length. Paint it black and go. Aluminium, as our former enemies the Brits would say, won’t rust if you decide to leave it raw.

Still waiting on mine. Harrison said it should ship soon as I asked him to fill everyone's order and take care of me last.

Just spoke to Harrison. Give him a call. Super easy going. There is the possibility that was a copy and paste email, or one batch that went out where names are automatically attached to individual emails. , and other recipients are not visible.
They had a metric shit ton of orders. Not only from here, but from lurkers that saw this thread, but aren’t members here. He said that the last ones from the GB are expected to ship in the next 10 days or so. I am in that batch.

It's on my 24 and has zero issues with sensors, cameras, or the factory winch. When I was there and talked about that with the owner, he said originally it was "tricky" with a factory winch but they changed the design of the mounting brackets and reversed something, and there was no issue, which I got in and confirmed while they installed it on my truck. It really is a clean look.

As far as the stage 3 and factory warn, I have a 55 hook on the front, and the stage 3 gave me a perfect spot for a front license plate with good clearance if the need ever arises. I don't have the Ford front plates bracket for the winch option installed, so I don't know about that.

sorry, but I've never put it on. I can grab the plate and clip it on & shoot a couple so you can gauge clearances if that's what you're looking for

The license place bracket is held in place by the plastic valence so once you take It off you will have to find a way to secure it.

the holes in the plate line up w the outside holes on the DG. A 1/4-20 nut as a spacer behind the plate would give you a little extra relief if you were looking for it. I prefer the no-plate look, but I'm also the guy that runs without a TREMOR bed sticker. I'm probably going to add the AFTERMARKET NERF BAR above without the light tabs. Seems it would give it a nice symmetrical look with a little extra paint protection
