2027 F350 KR Tremor gas VS Lariat Ultimate Tremor gas

No power up tailgate, down only

Having had both a 7.3 and a 6.7 I can say the difference is 100% preference and not financial. You said you’re deciding between two 7.3s so your preference has already been stated and I don’t see the point of trolling to convince you otherwise. Plenty of threads on the forum already beating that dead horse.

On the KR vs Lariat decision, I will say the KR can be quite polarizing, like a love it or hate it kind of thing. If you love it, go for it. If you don’t, remember if/when you go to sell it you will have to find buyers that love it. If you love it enough, you won’t care.
I'm now leaning back to the Lariat Ultimate Premium Tremor. I was super close to ordering the KR but I was at a dealer looking at a 2026 Ruby red Marsh Gray two tone. IMO the Marsh Gray looks great stand alone but as a two tone on the Ruby red it looked odd. Especially the bumpers. My color will be the Neptune blue and I'm not sure is the Marsh Gray bumpers will look weird as well. It looks great in the Build picture but not so good in person. Chrome is always nice but the Lariat Tremor black out gives me blue bumpers. To me, that looks great.
I know it sounds silly to be hammering over esthetics on a Super Duty but I already know what hardware I'm getting, so for ~$90K I'm taking my time to iron out the small stuff.

Haven’t seen this mentioned in here yet but the lariat only comes with heated rear seats if you have the center console. If you have the jump seat up front, you’re out of luck.

Center console is Ford birth control. Lol

It’s a 2024
What year is that Lariat? I did learn the Lariat comes with the heated rear seat but I don't see any ordering options to get a power up and down tailgate or power memory pedals or steering wheel.
F250 Lariat with the ultimate package.

The Great Neutering of 2025 cut power adjustable tilt/telescoping steering, rear ambient lighting, and leather seating from the Lariat. You have to get a Platinum or King Ranch for those luxuries now. MY24 FTW!

jeez, that is well said, "The Great Neutering of 2025", and that didn't mean the price came down. Of course, they'll say that's what kept the price from going up more than it did due to inflation.
Would have been nice for stand alone paid options though. They could've got a chunk of money for the options, being the trucks are already wired for everything.

They got rid of the washer on the front camera as well. Not sure if that was just a Lariat thing or all models. It lost the door code opener too which was standard before that. Now it's an expensive option.

Oh yeah baby!

It was only included if the truck was equipped with a front-facing camera, which was packaged as part of the Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera System (often referred to as the 360-Degree Camera Package). Standard for King Ranch Platinum. Optional for XL, XLT, and Lariat.
