2023 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build dates from Ford...

Mine arrived in Maine on Friday afternoon. Dealership getting it ready tomorrow. Only thing I’m currently regretting/didn’t realize, I don’t have the step in the tail gate, I assumed it was part of the trim. View attachment 122201
I'm also new to ordering and am bummed now that I didn't order power running boards. I'm gonna love it anyway. Getting one delivered is huge!

Not yet. If I don’t have a VIN by the time the MY24 order banks open, I will place an order for next year and try to get first in line. I don’t need the truck immediately, which makes it easier to wait. Not easy, just easier.
That’s unfortunate, I may do the same. Thanks for the tip!

I have two emails from Ford this morning. One stating I am built and the other telling me that I am shipped. I guess that means that the truck is sitting in the rail yard waiting for a train.
On to the next phase of hurry up and wait.
My truck moved fast away from the plant n Kentucky but now sitting miles from the house in that railyard. Now it has sat in that railyard for over 2 weeks. I can see lots of trucks in that railyard. Makes me want to jump the fence and drive it home.

Wonder why mine wasn't on the same truck! Congratulations.
I was hoping yours would arrive too. I figured they shipped around the same time from the factory and they landed at the same rail yard, from this whole process it seems like it’s a luck of the draw thing. I hope yours arrives very soon.

Put the Amp bed step on when you get it. Super easy install, much more convenient to use than the tailgate step. I’ve pulled out the tailgate step three times in the past year (two times were to demo it for interested parties), but I’ve used the amp step literally hundreds of times in the same time frame.
Good to know, I will definitely look into that. Appreciate the insight!

You are lucky that yours shipped so quick even tho it is sitting in another railyard. I just called Ford this morning and they pushed back my shipping date another week which is ridiculous. This Friday will be 6 weeks the truck is sitting at the factory waiting to be loaded.

Arundel Ford says it will be in today and possibly ready for delivery tomorrow.

BruinsFan207, where did you order your truck from? Ordered mine from Varney Ford in Newport. No real updates as of yet. F350 Platinum Tremor - HO 6.7

It's good to see some people getting their trucks. Placed another call today and no luck for me, not even scheduled to build. Clear order so there is hope. My F150 now has 205k miles on it so I'm hoping I get something soon. Ordered the day the banks opened.....

Casco Bay Ford in Yarmouth. It seems from reading around the forum, you may have not seen any updates because of the trim level. I have a Lariat. Hope you get scheduled/updates soon.

I drive through Newport on my way to my camp in Greenville.

Well so much for that! My truck was a no show! The good news is that I sold my old truck today which I was going to trade in. Now, where is my new truck that was supposed to be here today? I know where it is the real question is why isn't it on a truck? Coming up on 3 weeks at the rail yard.

Well, congrats on the sale of the old one anyway. Hopefully you've got something to drive til the new one shows up!

We have two other cars and I have my Harley which I ride way more than I drive this time of year. The only problem is towing the boat with the Harley....

Let me know how much your excise tax was. Mine is going to be over 1500 bucks!

It'll be fine to use the hog if you get a good weight distributing hitch.

Got excited to see an email from Ford with the subject line “Information regarding your Ford order” tonight but then realized it’s not a Thursday and therefore unlikely it was scheduling related. Ended up just being a “Dear John” promising to update me every 45 days.

I knew when I ordered in April that I could be looking at 6+ months but I miss my ‘22 and just don’t love the Ram 1500 I’m driving in the meantime so I’m more anxious than I should be.

I have my fingers crossed that your truck arrives at your dealership tomorrow.
