These things last anywhere from 25 days to however long. 12 hour days 4 on 1 off for 5+ weeks. We don't have a cafeteria and day shift orders out less then nights does. I've found if I have a bunch of food prepped I eat better meals more consistently and not have to rely on ordering out or fast food like i've seen some do. And mostly that first pork butt I smoked was spectacular, this one will be just as good or better and it's all MINE!

Yes, the truck is a Lightning XLT, the bourbon is actually one of my favorites. I think I’ve been through at least 3 bottles I have this one open and at least one spare in the cabinet lol. It just hits right to me for some reason.
