What’s in your gun safe?

Anybody see the new staccato coming out this spring, the want is real lol don’t know if I can stomach the price tag though View attachment 188086

It has some nice features like magazine compatibility and optic mounting position.. It’s nice to not have the optic overhang! But I already own the C and XC so it’s not quite enough to make me buy another simply for those features. I typically have a 19X on me, in my vehicles or both, so if I wanted to use Glock mags, I’d just use a Glock 🤷🏼‍♂️

The XC is the handgun I shoot the most though.. I am a Staccato fan 💥

A few of my Long Range rifles. It's been a while since I've dragged these out but at one time I was shooting quite frequently at some pretty crazy distances. The very first time I pulled the trigger and witnessed an impact on the gong only to be followed a few seconds later by the sound of the impact I knew I was hooked.

At least you won’t have to spend $67-75 per magazine. I have a staccato p and 30+ magazines. Painful.
True that’s what I always wanted was a P just never jumped

Ive been drooling over the XC since it came out just to spendy for me I don’t own any glocks so the mag thing isn’t to much of a concern unless I wanted to buy a pile of extra mags. Side note if you ever wanna sell your XC at an extremely reasonable price I’m you guy lol jkjk

can't wait for warmer weather either working with 338 Norma Magnum looking to stretch it out a bit to 500yards and longer View attachment 188098
I’ll be glad once it gets at least a little warmer so I can get back out there. 180 yards off of the deck and 100 yards from the bench down to the hillside. Steel targets and a mount for paper down there. View attachment 188093
I can't wait for warmer weather either. This 50° during the day is killing me!

Guns?! I don't have any guns

Very nice !! I’d like to get something similar one day. Largest I have nowadays is a .308 I’ve not gotten many chances to stretch my legs out past 300 yards.
I got hooked with a 300 Win Mag which lead to 6.5 which lead to the 338 it's just like picking at a loose thread pretty soon the whole sweater unravels.
Last summer did some load development on the Watchman 300Win Mag changing little slower burning powder with 195grain as with factory loads were a bit too hot brass getting deformed upon extraction300WinMag.webp

.308 WIN - 60 year old Winchester Lever action , fits perfectly in the 2024 F350 / before it was lost in a tragic boating accident

Freshly chopped 12" 12ga. In case a chunk needs to be removed from an opponent and thrown on the floor. Printing a butt plate for it next week when I get back to the office. Short enough to fire single handed but can still shoulder it if needed. 3" chambers.

I've been a lifelong hunter but never got into archery and don't know anyone personally that is. I'm looking to get into it does anyone have any reccomendations on a good compound bow to start. I've watched reviews on YouTube and such and they are all over the place. I also know it's challenging so I'd enjoy that aspect and learning would also love to get my son into it as well with me.

It depends on how serious you take things how much you want to sink into it, bows are kinda like computers lol get what you pay for and they’re out of date the following season lol but my recommendation would be don’t screw around if you think you’re going into it full force go with either Bow-Tech or Mathew’s you can always sell it and get back at least half your money, then you get into the build out I’ve always used a single pin adjustable on the fly sight like HHA with a peep in the string and a drop away rest not a fan of whisker biscuits I don’t like anything touching my vanes on release
