What lift do yall recommend?

@512Tremor I’ll be in the Cedar Park / Leander area next weekend if you wanted to try and meet up to look at my Carli suspension in person

There are quite a few of us - hopefully we're welcome here, even if we're lowly peasants by comparison 😂
:O mods be slipping! you at least applied the sticker right :P

Am I missing something? As a cost cutting measure did Ford not provide a suspension on the new 2025s?

Why buy a tremor then? Could have saved some coin at least.
Lol, it isn't a raptor, Tremor suspension is nothing special

Wouldn't that basically make it a Tremor? Ah shit, I said it out loud...

😜😂😂

I just got a 2025 F250 Tremor with the platinum plus package and I’m trying to figure out which lift to get. I would like to get the Carli E-venture kit but don’t want to drop 12+k on the lift then still have to get wheels and tires. I spoke to CJC and they said I could get any lift as long as it’s the same lift height then upgrade to the E-venture shocks later. I have also read that the OUO lifts are good but are now S&D lifts so I don’t know if anything has changed. I believe I read that the Carli kits delete the leveling feature in the truck but the S&D doesn’t. I do a lot of on road driving and driving on gravel and in paved roads. I apologize if I sound like a newbie because I am. This is my first Ford and I always ran Thuren lifts on my Rams. Any info is greatly appreciated.
I don’t mean disrespect but I don’t understand the logic of spending $4500 extra on the tremor package if you’re going to replace the wheels, tires, lift and suspension anyway. That really only leaves the tremor front LSD.
I mean, I understand the tremor package is a fantastic value over the FX4, and the Carli suspensions are reportedly amazing - probably better than the tremor. But then why not just get the fx4 package if you’re going to replace everything that the tremor package includes anyway?

Right. So is there a reason to order it in the first place if it’s going to get replaced with Carli?
You're right, it's a dumb idea.

Sure, personal preference 😁

I remember doing all of the math and different configurations but it’s been out of sight and out of mind for over a year.

That said, I seem to remember that there was some sort of package discount(maybe I’m thinking of something else) and then by the time I calculated adding power running boards without Tremor package, I want to say I was looking at the Tremor package more like a $2500 add on.

I can’t remember to be honest, but I was already spending 95K and I was like F it.
I did think I would get a little more use of the Tremor package (thought I would wait a year or two to do suspension). I was wrong, I replaced suspension, wheels and tires a few months in. I don’t lose sleep over it.

Tremor Running boards (or swapping for power running boards) is a good point. They’re hard to come by and expensive without the tremor package.

The Carli Radius arms alone cost what an entire BDS kit costs.

By they way not saying your opinion is wrong… just that there are some things that can make the delta cost for Tremor add on not as big of a jump.

For me, yes, I still lost some some money no matter how you look at it given I changed out suspension, wheels, and tires so fast. If I would have waited a year or two, it would have met my thought process which was hey for a couple grand or so I got some use of this for a year or two.

I should have known myself better… I’m impatient and usually don’t wait for something I want lol

This question is as old as this forum haha.

As someone on their 2nd Tremor and my current truck is on a Carli kit, I'd say the argument to get an FX4 and throw the Carli catalog at it makes a ton of sense.. and really I wouldn't try to dissuade someone from that choice.

It really just comes down to how much you value what the Tremor offers outside of what's easily replaceable. For me, the full time rear E locker and drive modes were a must (you cant get swap drive modes into a non Tremor SD, and an aftermarket E locker aint cheap).. especially coming from the Raptor world. If you've never had those, and say... drove a F150 FX4, you probably wouldn't see the value in something you never had to begin with.

Tremor has trail control.

Have you considered ICON?

No one ever talks about this system and there is absolutely nothing wrong with their products or performance.

I think the Crawl Mode and Limited Slip Ft Differential are worth the price of the Tremor Pkg.

For this and many more reasons would I get a Tremor over a Non and as already mentioned, you get to be a part of this great TREMOR forum - that alone is worth every bit of that decision.

Regardless of the facts and differences, a Super Duty Tremor and Super Duty (non-Tremor) are two totally different trucks in my world.

From the same family yes but cousins in the end.

Yeah, coming from a Raptor and needing a tow pig, I wouldn't have got anything but the Tremor.

Icon lift with the CDEV Shocks

Regular SDs have the normal drive modes, like eco, tow, etc.. but the Tremor got the rock crawl mode.
