I have been considering this mount. The question is how to power when the truck is off without running down the truck batteries?! I guess I'll have to run a house battery in a box in the bed?

I like this idea. It’s similar to our strobes on our work trucks using the Acari mounts. Only peeve of mine is why the hell would you spend all that money on a starlink system, mount, and subscription and run a 12vdc cord through the rear window? That’s ametureish as hell. Run the cord through the interior roof behind the light down a pillar along the wire run in the bottom door frame to an upfitter switch. Then you don’t have to worry about your battery.

Yea, I am not sure why they went that route in the videos but most would obviously run the wires under the headliner.

Definitely. Based on the video, the Starlink mini is lower than the cab roof antennas, so clearance may not work with the rack. I may just have to design something myself for my situation.

Well I finally got mine mounted.

A vinyl cap will work to put over the DC barrel plug on the cable.

Hello my friend! I'm not off the grid enough for it to be permanent. I mount it when needed and power it to the 110 plug. Running the USB-C plug is very doable and gives a clean look. Keep us posted on your install!
