Hey everyone... Another awesome day of off roading adventures... And boy was part of it and adventure!

I would just like to say a few things to those that organized and attended this event:

First off - A huge Thank you to @DTX2023Tremor. Everything was planned out extremely well, and you went way above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time, and were well informed on all details. I know this was a lot of work. The name badges and custom shot glass for all of the participants was extremely thoughtful and very much appreciated - Truly amazing!

If there was an “organizer of the year badge”, you would easily get my vote.

To everyone else that attended: It was an honor to meet you and share two amazing days of trail riding, great company, great food and great bourbon with you! All of you were so friendly, willing to help, and I don’t think I heard one negative thing or complaint the entire time. What a great group of people, and I cannot wait to do it all again.

As @Godzilla/Tremornator said, the worst part of this trip was how quickly it ended.

This weekend felt like it flew by in just two seconds. The camaraderie was incredible, and it’s such a shame there wasn’t more time to mingle with everyone. Unfortunately, I missed meeting some folks at the end, including @MrFancypants and @AchillesKobus.

Huge thanks to @DTX2023Tremor for organizing everything—definitely the planner of the year! It’s no small feat to get a group of adults to follow instructions and play nice, but you nailed it. This group deserves an award for having the best attitude out of any adults I've ever been with especially after a hot and dusty 10 hours of driving in the high desert with the sun in our eyes at 6 o'clock in the evening while climbing 20% mountainous slopes littered with adult sized boulders and steep rocky ledges. What a way to end the day.

Too many great memories, awesome trails, spectaular folks, we definitely needed more time to talk Tremor and check out each other builds. Not to mention, enjoy some whiskey...

I didn’t take many pictures because I wanted to soak it all in and focus on the main goal—kicking up some Sedona red dust with our rigs and taking in the beautiful Ponderosa pines of the Coconino National Forest. Those are the moments I really cherish.

This weekend will be unforgettable. I’m sure everyone can agree that our rigs are even more capable than they appear even on their stock format. For those with little off-road experience, you’ve likely gained the confidence to tackle obstacles and realize that going off-pavement is perfectly fine with the right gear and approach and best of all, no damage.

I’m sure many of you are itching for more off-roading adventures after this weekend, maybe with an added level of challenge.

Welcome to the world of off-roading.

What a fantastic group. What a fantastic crowd. What a fantastic weekend.

How was this one?

I've never drive this but would suspect like everything else, they change over the years and this has alwasy been rated as rather challening.

I felt Diamondback's Gulch has changed over the years or maybe it was the blinding the sun but it felt worse than what it was from years ago.

We also had a late start to our morning but headed back to the Ponderosa Pines before heading home and played around out there for a few hours.

It was a pleasure to meet you Dave!

Thanks to @DTX2023Tremor for putting this together since April. To echo others, everything worked out well and seeing everyone again was awesome. I'm glad my pavement Queen got a little dirty: she really likes going side-to-side rather than up and down now .

Thank you @modified for the shot glass; you know I'll be using that very soon.

I got two treats from @AchillesKobus: one of my favorite cigars -Montecristo #2

and a once in a lifetime opportunity to test his mini seats. These things are awesome! Looking forward to ordering one very soon .

(Please note: we had several old fashioneds and a bottle of wine. And no, I couldn't keep the toy).

Thank you all for a great time and the birthday shout-out at dinner. Always exciting to seeing members and their modified trucks.

Considering how challenging the trails we tackled on Friday were, no one can call your monster of a truck a pavement queen! We saw how dirty that girl really likes to get.

DId not know you were also a cigar aficionado - I had some sticks with me even though I never did you see you until Saturday evening, alas I owe you.

I must say, I was impressed you took mini monster through the first half of Friday's trails. For that, you can keep the TOTM badge

What might be the best group wheeling trip I've been on. 650 miles each way from Colorado, and worth every gallon of diesel.

We came prepared for Outlaw Trail to be the big challenge, but Diamond Gulch had other plans. That trail absolutely delivered, technical rocky sections that had us all focused. The highlight (or lowlight?) was when our Tremor convoy took a wrong left and ended up committed to a 50" ATV trail. Saturday brought the minimal casualties: some aluminum from a shock here, a scraped radius arm there, and Dave's running board. The fact we cleared it all!

Two solid days of wheeling, and zero winch pulls across the entire weekend!
Special recognition to @DTX2023Tremor for the thankless job of trail planning and leading.
Coordinating this many trucks across technical terrain while keeping everyone safe and engaged is an art form.

6PM on Diamond Gulch, driving straight into the Arizona sun, completely blind. Nothing but trust in the spotter's voice on the radio: "Driver's left... more... keep coming... PERFECT." When you hand over complete control to someone you met 24 hours ago and come out clean - that's when strangers become a crew.

The weekend was too short - Sunday came way too fast.
