Guess that OTA is working. Seems as I got an update recently (maybe last night), app reflects the same. No I don't know what version it was, but I did take a pic to check against previous "updates".

Well I know my app doesn't show that message. Shows an update, very generic message.

My Sync shows 23186 and Revision 934.
 
So maybe two OTA things : One for the GWM and the other is the 6.40??
 
I received mine last night. No errors to report at this time. All worked perfectly.
 
I called the ford pass hotline today as my 2022 has never received an update. Lady was super nice but mentioned there are prerequisites which I wasn't doing.

Even though I had automatic updates on, I didn't have a scheduled update time. Apparently the scheduled time is a prerequisite. Also, she mentioned the parking break must be on for the update process to start. Since I pretty much never use my parking break, it would make sense why I haven't received an update.

I'll find out tomorrow if this works. I'm so far behind it will have to sequentially run through the old updates so it may take a bit. Fingers crossed.

Untrue, Ford Associate. No brake required for my 2022. I do not think I have a time set either - but the truck IS connected to my WIFi.
 
Same here as @Vermonster with no use of Parking Brake on my '22.
I did have the updates turned on, scheduled for all days/any time, and connects to my home wifi when parked (at least I think it does).
 
@Optimus are you using an Android or iPhone with the Ford Pass app??

How did you schedule for all days? Truck screen only allows one day to be selected.
 
So that explains why your Android Ford Pass showed the version, compared to the iPhone version.

Can you go to Settings and see if Recurring Schedule appears? Mine just automatically does it, like me!

On the Iphone app it shows you what's been selected using the truck Sync.
