That doesn't actually get plugged into anything you put the depinned wires from c263 into the hole 1 and 2 in the first picture. Then you will insert that into the piece in you hand.

has anyone swapped out Raptor steering wheel on 2024 Tremor, Lariat Ultimate package with backup assist, adaptive cruise, and heated steering wheel

Didn't read thru all 16 pages but...
If you finish up your install and end up no longer having the steering angle/drive config graphic in the Off-Road screen or functioning Lane Departure, it comes back on its own. With no luck I checked all of it w an OBD scanner to see if I could reset the system, and decided to take it for a spin before hooking up Forscan. By the time I got out of the subdivision it was all working correctly.

Under the airbag, there is the Adaptive Steering Motor...due to its physical presence under the horn/airbag it isnt possible. We are presently working on a work around that I think most here would really like.

Have you figured out the work around for trucks with adaptive steering?

I really want this mod. I wonder, if you disable adaptive steering with forscan shouldn't you be able at that point to throw the raptor wheel on? Any thoughts?

Right but if you program it to be off, can you just remove the old steering wheel with the motor under the horn and put the raptor wheel on?

Well I have the adaptive steering fault light and I am out of warranty. The truck drives fine I would just rather pay 600$ for a nicer wheel than 2600$ for a stock wheel and to fix the adaptive part hahah.

The electronics pop out of the old and pop into the new, at least on the 23 and under. No programing just the wire adapter

2020 Tremor with heated wheel, no adaptive cruise, no adaptive steering.
So the swap would seem fairly straight forward.
Should only need a Rapter wheel with heating and a BGG harness.

I know the button layout is different and I'm fine with that.
My question will all the raptor buttons work?
Specifically does the Rapter 'steering wheel button' on the steering wheel work to turn on the heated steering wheel?
I don't think I'll need any forscan changes, can anyone confirm this?

For mine I took the bezel off my old lariat wheel and put that on the raptor wheel. All buttons function properly. Unfortunately there is no heated steering wheel button on it but it's right under the climate control screen. If you remote start and it's cold out it'll automatically turn on. From my understanding if you try to use the raptor bezel alot of buttons will not function properly.

just found a reference - the 'steering wheel button' selects steering modes on the raptor, so obviously that wont do anything.

But all the other buttons should work, right?
And no forscan changes?
