Are those Forscan values applicable to the remote start? I am going to attempt the install today. Is this like a three hour mod?

I think it triggers with the remote start but will have to verify. It will be equivalent to how the factory installed system operates...

I probably spent a bit more time than that but did some prep work with the harness prior to installing in the truck. My install was Ryan's test case for the 22MY.

Clarifying question about the bezel on the steering wheel. The Raptor (replacement steering wheel) has a hardware button for heated steering. The right side is differently oriented with the same functions, Mode and voice command are switched. Can the original Raptor bezel with the hardware button and button position swap work? Or do I have to change the bezels and operate the heated steering wheel via the Sync screen?

That is correct... Often asked questions that has been discussed several times in various threads.

These are the changes I made (2022 Lariat Ultimate 7.3):

Programming HSWM:

Note this is for implementing the heated wheel only... No paddles or other functions...

FYI, when I switched to the Raptor wheel, I used the bezel from my oem wheel, then everything was plug and with the new harness of course.

Yes, just pull from top and bottom, there are plugs embedded in soft plastic.

Just use your fingers, equal pressure, just dig and pull straight out.

Same... I switched my bezels/pods. Remove just as @Lunch Box stated. They pop out fairly easily.

I don't even know what trailer assist is? Is it on the steering wheel?

That is for the 21 and prior trucks. If you have a 22 you can't use those instructions. The module location and connections are completely different. Did you get the harness and instructions from Ryan Broderick??

I got them both from GreyGoose. I selected that I have a 22. Crap. It says through 21 on there site. Eff me. Any recourse? I was going to go with Ryan but we missed connections and I just ordered from GG
