Music

i love my wife of course..but right after that Stevie...what a great intro
Does anyone know how the name, “Edge of 17” came about? I heard it the other day on a behind the scenes music show. The local radio show goes into the history of songs. Let’s hear what you think.

Stevie Nicks wrote this song about the death of her uncle and the death of John Lennon. The line about the "Words from a poet and a voice from a choir" refers to Lennon.

also from germany.
"der Graf," as he calls himself, stutters when he speaks normally. but when he sings...:D(y)

I’ve started listening to this guy lately.
TobyMac is a pillar in the Christian music scene. Song is a killer talking about his son that died. Great music and an old fart like me. Have grown up listening to his tunes.

So I mostly listen to rock and roll, in fact sing and play keyboards in a 90’s-2000’s rock cover band. But today the family hopped in the truck to get some New York pizza at our favorite spot Giovanni’s and let my wife know rule number one is we start off any trip in our truck listening to Country music!

Love it! Yeah I've been in bands since high school (many years ago), started out playing Rush and Led Zeppelin with Eric Kretz on Drums and John Wedemeyer on Guitar. They've gone on to make amazing careers in the music industry. Me? Working high tech jobs and having fun with music as a hobby. If you ever get out to California we could use a 2nd guitarist and your vocals!!!

For those of you guys and girls that like rock and country. Check this guy out!! He is an amazing song writer and performer.
Wow that was unexpected! Very cool! When he cuts into the hard rock Crow part of the song sounds a lot like Linkin Park. RiP Chester.
