In the gauge cluster screen, not the entertainment unit, go to (going off of memory here, so may be slightly off) Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Vehicle -> Remote Start.

No matter what I have it set to, the seats don't come on till I hit the start button. Heats on, wheel is warm, no seats.

has anyone bothered to check the codes i put out here with forscan or does everyone just want to keep saying its not working and not look into it further?

I musta missed that my bad. my 22 works just fine so i wonder when this became an issue. My seat doesnt get hot but its definitely on and working.
Even though it was posted that it's a known issue, I'll still double-check my truck. What module is that address in?

the address is in the HVAC, you might also want to look at the SCME and turn the low setting temps up?
My 21 worked as it should. My 22 doesn’t, which was built at the end of Aug,2022
13 degrees this morning. Remote started with app ran about 10 minutes and truck was ice cold. No heat out of the vents and seats were cold. I wonder if because of temp or if my settings somehow got changed?? I did an OTA update a few weeks back but truck seemed to be functioning normally until y’all started making up problems!

Did you happen to see your coolant temperature when you got in? If your coolant was still cold then it would make sense you weren’t getting heat out of the vents.13 degrees this morning. At those temperatures 10 minutes purely idling might not be enough to get any meaningful heat.
oh now you all want heat when you get in the truck? i thought this was heated seats issues? even with rapid heat in the cab, after running 15 mins in below 20 degree weather my truck barely has the chill knocked off. if i do a full 30 min remote start it will have some heat especially with the truck turning up the idle.13 degrees this morning. Was 4* this morning used the app and it idled about 13-14 minutes before getting in and the defrosters were blowing hot air as well as the floor & the seats were nice and toasty
Finally got around to this! SCME is as-built, so don't know the addresses. What addresses would I look at for the low setting temps?
Confirmed that the HVAC setting was correct for my truck (heated and cooled seats with rear heated seats) and did the HVAC reset.
I'll keep y'all posted on whether it changed anything when I remote start the truck tomorrow morning.

I believe youll have to convert these to hex not totally sure on that. but if you took the hex from the medium setting and put it in the low setting that might do the trick.
Wouldn't doing that kill one of the settings, though? For example, if I did what you suggest, wouldn't that mean I could never actually get to the low setting again?
