Heated seats not turning on with remote start

I haven't been down that road (yet) but others have stated in the past that once the fuse was replaced, things worked as normal. Now, I'm not saying your situation is identical, but just mentioning the fuse since it's been stated in the past.

Trying to get a little knowledge from those here that I'm sure know more than I. 2021 Platinum Tremor, and I do not think my heated seats are functioning properly on remote start (RS). With a 10-minute remote start at below freezing temps, the lumbar portion of the seat warms slightly (maybe to 40-50 degrees) but the actual seat does not warm at all (Heated steering wheel warms nicely to about 80 degrees). Activating the heated seats on regular push button start (PTS) and the full seat warms to 90+ degrees within 5-8 minutes. Is there a purposeful temp difference PTS and RS? Is this something I can change in Forscan? I have had the dealer tech look at it twice and they said they cannot find anything wrong with the system. They tell me that the heated seats activated on RS will shut off after PTS and you have to reactivate them (They said this is by design). However, when I PTS, that's when the heated seats actually come on without hitting the heated seats button and the warming commences (especially on the seat portion of the seat). Am I delusional? Am I expecting more than what they are designed to do? Any help setting me straight or in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
my fusion and my SD both warm the seat but its definitely a lower temperature that what the buttons warm them to.

Have the dealer do this . It’s a software update and it fixed mine.

Dealer tried that fix after I gave it to them, but that fix only works for the 2022 models and beyond. Not applicable to the 2021 (or so that's what they told me).

My truck is the same way this winter, winter number 3. When I remote start via key or app, the steering wheel is warm, the heat and fan are running, but the seat is cold as ice. As soon as I press the start button, the seat lights turn on and it starts warming up. I have had it set in auto since I got the truck and they would always be blowing air in the summer if over 95 outside and warm in the winter time.

I have not done any Forscan changes or taken the truck in for any updates, still have all three recall notices sitting on my desk. The only thing I can think of is that the truck's settings are at Auto for over the air Sync updates. Not sure if it ran one or not lately.

I am having the same issue, but I just bought this 2022 used so I haven’t checked any updates, ugh!
