They told me the same. Called yesterday and again this am for a second shot. Late March order with a 12 priority.
Called today and my truck hasn't been scheduled. It's a loaded Platinum 6.7L ordered on 4/19.
Called today and got my VIN and build date of 7/26. Ordered 7.3 F350 Lariat on 3/30/21.
As mentioned before, just because it gets built next month does not guarantee it won't sit on a lot until the end of the year waiting for chips, but a guy can hope.?
Anyone know anyone with a Fleet login? I would love to put my VIN into that payload tool and see what my payload will be.

I also ordered on 4/19 same platinum DRW loaded.....added the snow prep package even though i wont use it......but who knows down the road. MSRP with the adders came to $87,960

My priority is also a 10.....still not sure how that helps with chip shortages, but i will side with having some faith 
It really matters who you get when you call unless they changed policy over night, I called yesterday afternoon and the lady was very helpful she didn't even verify who I was, I just gave her my order number and dealer number and she gave me the vin and build date. I was having a hard time hearing her when she gave the vin and my doorbell started ringing but I was pretty sure I had it right, so this morning I thought I would call and verify and a different lady ask all kinds of questions, put me on hold and came back and said I would need to call the dealer because she didn't have the info, so I said I called yesterday and just wanted to verify what I had received and she said if I gave her the vin she would verify what I received yesterday. It was all correct. Hope you guy's get the right person when you call.
No build date but I did receive my VIN for my 7.3 Lariat, ordered on 5/20/21

Ordered a 2022 F-350 Lariat loaded out w/6.7L on April 30th with a priority code of 19. I called yesterday and today and they don't have a VIN or build date available for me yet so I'l try again next Thursday.

I ordered a F-250 Platinum Diesel on April 14. with a priority of 20. I called (800) 334-4375 with the dealer code and the order number. I was told the status is in "Order Processing" so the VIN and Build date were not available. Guess I will try again next week. Anything special about a priority of 20?
19 should be the default for a retail order. You sure it was ordered as a 20? My understanding is 20-30ish is for dealer stock orders.
Yes, I have a copy of the order. The priority was 20.
Priority on my truck was a 10 and it was for dealer stock. It was built 3-8-21
I'll add that my priority code was a 10. Will probably give them a call again next week to see if a build date is given. Was quite surprised that I even got a VIN with how recent my order was placed.
