What is up with all the vaccum issues i’m reading. I have BEM caps, first had them on my 22 now moved them to my 23, never had a vacuum issue with either of them in 3 years, they just work.

In the initial build of the locking caps we ordered via this thread, that build of locking caps had no vent/pass through.
Installed on 2023 6.7L HO Platinum Tremor

I’ll take a closer look at my BEM caps to see if they have this vent in them too.

All of the Tank Wardens since launch have had the passthrough.. Whether it was blocked by unsintered Nylon or not is totally different.

I believe the only pass through you're talking about is the zip tie pass through, is that correct?

No vacuum issue here. I just burn through a lot of DEF; I guess that's normal for 23+ from what I've read.

I think my '24 gets less than that. Maybe about 500.

I put in 5 gal of DEF at 3200 miles ... so 640mpg

I'm at 2k and started with a full tank. 35% left per the gauge. Sorry to detract from the wardens.

Totally, I bought a set for my wife's Tremor beginning this year and after about a 3-4 month wait put them on and they have been great since so I'm buying a set for my truck that I picked up in August.

If you don’t have a cover it may get a little grimy in the key slots, but otherwise it should work well based on my 9-12 months use
