First, sorry this has happened to some of you. I don’t believe this is a widespread issue, as it’s been out a while and not too much has been reported.
That being said, there was a solution posted in this thread. Yes, he could have sent this out to all previous customers, however, he’s dealing with an illness that will end his life. He’s been off the forum for a long time trying to fight it, but recently made a post and stated he isn’t able to fight any longer and is wrapping up his affairs before he passes on.
I would venture to guess there will be no formal solutions other than what has been offered here. I’d ask for some grace to be given as far as his lack of responsiveness - I think his reason for being absent is a more than reasonable one.

Well said. As a 7.3 Godzilla owner I don’t have any horse in this race. I think in my 15-16 months on here the person who created this is a down to earth person. I’ve seen many he has helped. I also know a bunch of his products have been loved by many, included some getting praise and spotlight from AROD powerstrokes tech. Like anything produced in the world and with the best intentions there will be issues that pop up. Given the record and R&D this person has put into many things for our trucks I doubt there was anything done to depordize our trucks. Hell I think in his post selling his lovely truck he has this on his truck. There’s reports of lemon tremors that people returned/sold back to ford too yet we are all still here.
I’m very sorry for those who had damage to truck occur. As someone who doesn’t personally know the maker, I’m willing to bet this was not a greed or ignored issue.
My final thought it that we all mod our trucks at our own risk. Wider and heavier tires are more stressful on wheel hub bearings. Does that stop many from running them? I don’t mean this to be snarky. But rather as someone whose first gen f150 eco boot blew a rod through block 2 months after custom tune and data-logging showing it was a safe tune.
That’s a great response and I understand your position. But, why would a person continue to sell a product that has been identified as defective? I’d rather send $2,200 directly to him and his challenges then give it to my corporate dealer. My respects to his health problems.
