Awesome! And the blue DEF one will join it as a couple? Will they key separately or have a locking mechanism between them? Super design.

Yes, and each cap has its own lock cylinder.

This cap looks slicker than the BEM cap i have. although i have no complains with BEM either, it does the job, i feel the plastic key might break at some point if i sit on it or drop it. i’ll probably order the cap from you because yours is a better design😉

Thank you. It definitely is unique and uses a real key and lock. @ccw is beta testing one for me.

Can confirm I'm beta testing it! Won't get into details, but I'll say it's slick. I love it.
 
I cannot wait. I have been looking forward to enjoying the fruits of your labor, @BroncoHooves and now @ccw testing at the lab in an undisclosed location. Maybe these photos you posted should have been wrapped in that Ford camo we see the 23's wearing! ;)

Just a reminder, and if anyone can help or knows of someone it would be GREATLY appreciated.

I'm looking for someone with an '11-16 6.7L stock pickup truck that is in the Austin TX area so I can confirm fitments and the cap holder on it.
 
Nice to see we are getting closer to completion and releasing. Looking forward to getting the set.

Probably won’t remember how to operate and install the cap on the truck by then since it’s been sitting in the driveway since March waiting for reasonable fuel prices to return. 😂
 
I finally have the first complete evaluation set on my truck. Going to be putting alot of miles on it and making any final tweaks to improve the product and manufacturing. I'm happy to finally ditch the OEM caps.

If you know anyone with a '11-16 Powerstroke pickup in the Austin TX area, please get in touch with me asap.

Maybe you can make a mount so that they can hang on the inside of the fuel door when filling?
 
Looking good!! I know you will but verify positive sealing as some variances have been noted on fuel necks.
