@BroncoHooves - just wondered, is the diameter of your caps the same as the diameter of the OEM ones? I want to make sure my air quick connect won’t conflict with these. It doesn’t conflict with the OEM ones. I’m your pics, yours actually look a bit smaller, which would be nice

Shouldn't be any conflict. You could drive here though so I can try out your E-Venture :D

Just wanted to share an update. I've been chatting with @modified so we can make the Tank Warden caps a group buy for October.

Since Tank Warden is currently only for Diesel trucks, this will be one of at least two group buys for that month. Gasoline caps 'should' be possible next year. I already have @ccw testing an older revision cap (black anodized) on his truck so the testing clock already started. So far, he has had no issues with the cap or with evap codes.

This will be a great way to launch it and gives a little extra buffer time for any more supply chain issues and to HOPEFULLY FIND an '11-16 Powerstroke truck 😂. The '11-16 thing will literally take me less than a minute to verify. Maybe a junkyard has one.

Also plan to do an Austin area Tremor meet up for September where I could demonstrate the caps in person.

No they’re not. I was waiting for quite awhile to test the fit on an ‘11-16 truck, which happened last week.

'11-16 cap holders were submitted for production.

This coming week, the caps for '11-22 will be submitted.

Pricing will be announced during the group buy, hopefully for October.

Several large OEMs are hogging up my machining resources.

Just curious what difference you found between the older and newer trucks, if any.
 
Will these work on 60 gal S& B tank for 6.7L?
 
'11-16 cap holders came in and got them bagged. Spent about 70 hours last week wrangling supply chain and organizing assembly procedures for launch so the tentative group buy next month goes more smoothly. Tomorrow will be bagging the spare keys (each kit gets 3 total keys). Waiting on a new packaging machine now, which may arrive first week of Oct.
