2023+ ForScan Spreadsheet

I've been browsing through the forum today, getting the scoop on what mods to implement using FORScan (reader ordered today).

I have not seen any mention of disabling the adaptive driving beam / glare-free high beam. I've seen chatter with it working in the F150 forums, do we know if this FORscan mod works for the 2025 F250s?

I am not a fan of the dancing High Beams with the feature enabled with the Sync "Auto High Beams" enabled.

Shout out to Zoodad for his guidance on implementing the Forscan mods.

As a newbie, I was able to get the following done on MY25 Platinum 6.7L HO:

1) Enabled Bambi Mode (High Beams / Fogs)
2) Edited TPMS to 50 PSI
3) Removed Triple Ding at Start Up
4) Removed Black Box on Reverse

what is the setting on reverse camera? (#4)

Update on #4. I did the update and drove a short distance to confirm it was working. On a longer drive into town I realized there was unexpected impact.

Prior to enabling the setting to remove the black box over the reverse camera, I could view the forward facing camera while in drive. The truck would only allow it for 10 seconds or so, but it would come on. Now the forward facing camera is not showing as an option while driving. It is showing as an option in Park.

I know there are a few additional camera settings for the 360 system, and will update this thread once I have had a chance to mess with it.

Thanks to everyone for the great forum thread on forscan and the 23+ trucks.. I am in a F350 DRW so no tremor here but the Tremor forum seems to be the most inclusive source for information.

I was able to make many changes but I was unable to get a few of the changes to work and I also have a few questions.

Auto Hold (best mod yet)(works great)(I like how you can stop without it but if you want to "set" it, you just press the brake a little harder)
Bambi Mode (worked great)
DRL Full Brightness w/Headlights (worked great, they are super bright when turned all the way up)
DRL w/Turn Signal (Switchback) (Didn't work on my truck after doing the DRL full bright, I didn't try it before.)
Enable Climate Bar at the bottom of Sync screen (worked great but I didn't like the way it modified the whole screen view, I reverted back to factory style)
Fog Light Remember (worked at first but after the following day it quit working, I haven't hooked back up to see if the as built code reverted back to original)
Remove Black Box on reverse (on rear camera when raveling forward) (worked great)

In addition to those above, using the plan english list I was able to :
Securicode keyless keypad enabled (worked great)
Extended Play Time (changed to 60 min) (works great) (for those who don't know, this is the time limit that your radio will stay on if you manually turn the radio on when the ignition is off, I believe all are set to 20 min from the factory)

Questions:
When changing the extended play time, there was also the option to edit "Extended Play Time Override", I changed it to 240 min.
Does anyone know what this does?

In the APIM plan english screen, there is two options, "Police Enhanced feature speed" (it was disabled, I enabled it) and "Police max speed (I changed it to 140). Does anyone know what these settings do? My speed limiter was not disabled lol...

Welcome!

No Tremor here either (mission requires long bed) but this forum is one of the best I’ve ever been a part of.

Has anybody found a way yet to turn on the mirror cameras with the turn signal? I know they come on with a trailer attached and I have seen it can also work with a dummy plug for a trailer. But I would like to be able to have them enabled by default in forscan if possible.
This question was asked early on in this thread, but I haven’t found an answer can anyone point me to it or answer?

Not without a third party device (yet)
Still looking for some coding to jump around the trailer hookup.

Thanks this would be a great feature for a daily driver! Recently rented a car with this feature and was surprised how much I liked it. I have the TPMS option but haven’t even tried it yet.

Huge SHOUT OUT to @pkarhoff on FTE . We tried a while back to be about to control the Auto Regen on 23+ trucks. After some conversation and digging he found the missing piece.
The Plain English method is

PCM - Manual Regen with Auto Regen Inhibit (option 3)

IPC - Enable Auto Regeneration Control
Enable Manual Regeneration

APIM - Enable Auto Regeneration Control

You will now have this available in the APIM (Sync) Under Settings > Vehicle Settings > Auto Regeneration

Once Enabled you will get this pop-up screen on your dash

Select OK, Dialog box
You will get this message at every start up

You will be left with the orange/yellow Auto Regeneration disabled icon on the lower right.

The AsBuilt Spreadsheet is updated with this new information.

If you use the Plain English remember to make backups of your modules (in AsBuilt) before the changes.

Again special thanks to @pkarhoff on FTE.

Piling on here- thanks for putting this together.

Got bambi mode, turned off cornering fogs, disabled the seatbelt spam, changed TPMS, and changed tire size to 2077 on a 2025.

I do have two lingering DTC’s- the generator one cause of the seatbelts and the other one cause of the 2077 tire size.

Gonna just let em be DTC’s cause everything works perfect otherwise and speedo is dead accurate now

To get rid of your tire size, go back into Forscan and do the following process:

Key On Ignition off, PCM Relearn Data
Key On Ignition off, TCM Relearn Data
Key On Ignition off, AWD Relearn Data

Now start the engine, yes start the engine, TCM Relearn Data, follow the instructions and it will tell you when to turn the engine off. Once this is done, clear your codes and all codes pertaining to tire size change should be gone.

The key here is the final relearn with the engine running for the TCM on 2023+ model years.

Hmm I will have to give the engine on a try…

Anything over 2699 presents a DTC of U0422 for me regardless of the resets and procedures I have done. I figured the only way for me to clear that DTC is to run 2699 or less. Not really an issue for me since its not presenting itself outside of forescan so I’ve just left it at 2770.

Thanks for sharing that- I’ll give it a shot when I have a chance

Yeah unfortunately 2790 is about the highest I have seen work. The number is hard coded max in the system. I have Falken RT0/1's at 37x11.50r20 and their actual diameter is 36.8 inches. I have mine set to 2780 and my speedo is almost spot on, only .1 to .2 off at 60 MPH and no codes. 2800 will definitely set a code that is similar to "parameter out of bounds" type. I have also seen weird behavior with certain values in the 26xx and 27xx range and have never been able to figure out why. However, I know 2788, 2780, 2778, 2772, 2770, 2768, 2762, 2758, 2756 and 2752 all work and codes can be cleared.

2770 is perfect. Im running 37x13.5 and my speedo is perfectly accurate up to 80 which is as high as I have tested it. I’ve not tested it to 10ths but two different GPS says 80 and truck says 80 so good enough for me
