2023+ ForScan Spreadsheet

That did not keep the 12v dash outlet powered.

Tried it a few times.

726-57-01 0001 0002 5831

Also tried it with the lower byte of the upper word set to something more than one along with your suggestion of clearing that bit:

726-57-01 0022 0002 5831

No happiness.

Recently replaced a Ballast and headlight, on my truck. (2024) It seems I need to program the new Ballast module to the truck to stop the DRL from flickering. Can I do this via forscan or do I need to go to the dealership? New to this programming thing, and havent even bought a port tool. If this is possible via forescan, and can I do it via IOS(apple) or do I need to invest in a PC to make the fix work?

IM hoping this is easier to program than an XTS5000 and keyloading. SMH.

Thank you for your time,

Sam

Continuing my quest to "re-feature" my 2025 with the items Ford chose to delete.

With the help of Levittown Ford I believe I have identified all of the part numbers needed to retrofit the "tailgate down" camera and parking sensors that were included on the 2023 and 2024 trucks. So, the next question becomes is it possible via Forscan or FDRS to let a 2025 model know this camera and these parking sensors are available on the network and integrate them into the truck.

Wondering if this is something I should reach out directly to Forscan about, or if anyone on here might have some insight they are willing to share. My intention, if this is possible, is to order the parts and sort it out on my own truck and if successful I'll post up a how to with part numbers and details. The parts look like they will total around $650 before shipping and taxes.

Thanks.

Might be worth asking @ZooDad for some help here - would be awesome if this got added to the spreadsheet.

Does anybody know the factory value for tire circumference in forescan? I have misplaced where I wrote it down.

Figured I would flag in case others experience this...

If you end up tuning your truck (I have a 2025 7.3 Gasser) and you have changed your tire size in Forscan prior to loading a tune, you may get an illuminated CEL thats Code P0630. This code will not clear and will remain even if you flash the truck back to a stock tune. Steps to resolve are below.

P0630 says there is an issue with the VIN matching. Based on my research, this can happen when different modules have either different vins, tire sizes, gear ratios, or any other metrics that logically should match.

My tuner and I spent 4 weeks trying to solve for this and we had the highest level engineers at HP Tuners trying to problem solve as well- it ended up being really simple.

If this happens to you, here is how we fixed it:
  • You flash a tune + have previously changed the tire size so now you have a hard code- P0630.
  • Flash the truck back to fully stock.
  • Change the tire size in forscan back to stock and do PCM/TCM/AWD relearns. If you have a gasser, you will only have two of these.
  • Code should be gone at this point.
  • Flash the truck with the tune ensuring the tire size remains stock.
  • Once the tune has been flashed and you confirm no CEL- Change tire size back to what you want it to be. Perform the same relearns you did above in step 3. Code should remain gone.

Got about 2000 miles on the truck with the tune and with this issue fixed and have had no additional issues.

Is 2690mm the answer?

Your stock size depends on your specific truck. For reference, my stock tire size in forscan was 2631. But I am a non tremor- I run 2770 now.

has anyone found settings to turn off the propower notifications ? Mainly if something is plugged in, when you start the trusk it prompts you to accept there is something plugged in before allowing switch to drive and also to power the outlet each and everytime.

I'm in the same boat. Did you find if Forscan can do this?

That sounds awesome and I might be interested to. Thanks for pulling this together!

Has anyone figured out the "dark mode" settings. When I open the door, I would like the interior cutesy lights to come on but I don't need splash screens, taillights, or the daytime running lights. As is, I feel like the battery will be dead if I open the doors too many times.

Anyone know why I keep getting this code? I put tire circumference back to stock and did all 3 relearns and it's still there.
Tuned the ECM and it's still there. No engine light or anything. That's the same mileage that the truck has from new so it must have been there before I even messed with for scan.

Check the right side of the tire size calculator.
Factory values are there

Have you changed your tire size ?
If so did you do the relearns?

I did change it initially. I just put it back to factory 2687 and tried all 3 relearns a few times and it's still there. But according to the mileage associated with that code..it's been there since the truck was brand new. Before I ever messed with the tire size.

Roger that. I assumed the distance on there was the amount of miles accumulated with that code.
At a loss then. It doesn't seem to affect anything and no engine light. Do you have to drive a distance after relearns? Is there a specific order in which to do the relearns?
