HOT! ‘17-22 OEM-esque S2 Pro ditch light mounts are now shipping!

Nice! You getting those put on tonight?

Mine are tracking for tomorrow! Pumped to see them on.

How bad or should I ask, how did the install go? Straight forward?

How many hours did it take you?
Took me about 1.5 hrs but i took my time and forced myself to read instructions even on the second mirror b/c Murphy thinks i'm his best friend.

My biggest tip: follow the instructions. seriously.

I was nervous drilling my mirror. I started on the Driver so the pictures werent exact. However, if you look at where you start drilling and where itll come out... you can tell one spot will lead to the arm, the other, right below it (which is where you want).

It looks like there is very little room for error. However, keep your drill straight and it'll land just right.
BTW - SUPER DUPER appreciate the bit he provided. Didnt require drilling a pilot then switching bits. Nice touch Broncoh.

The only thing i ran into was when i was reinstalling the mirrors was the placement of the S2 cable. Before you go cranking down the mirror fasteners all the way, watch the S2 cable. First mirror mine was right below the connector and caused the connector to be pushed up which wouldnt allow the male piece to be connected. I had to loosen everything up and situate the cable so it wouldnt do that.
Other than that... for as clean and stock looking as it is... it was incredibly easy. The fact that these dont take up an upfitter 🤌🤌🤌

Speaking of the S2 cable...

my S2s came with connectors on the ends. I cut right behind the connector and then left it with the black sheathing still on.
This came in super handy when fishing the cable through i didnt have to mess with two individual wires (not a huge deal, i know) but... i'm glad i didnt leave any excess with the cutoff connector.

I did not trim the S2 wires at all. Right behind the connector was perfect. You'll have plenty of space to do the wiring so leave the cable long until you get to the wiring part.

speaking of those...
The wiretap things he gives... yea, i used pliers. I'm past the age of seeing 'if i can'.
These were also a nice touch, IMO, b/c they are inline versus the T-taps that take up space.

Just got notified mine got delivered to our mail service in Florida. I'll get them shipped out to our campground in North Carolina in the next day or so and get them installed once they arrive. Can't wait.

We just passed 3 years of full-time travel in our RV, so this will be a nice mod for the truck to celebrate.

Aww yeah!! Fingers crossed I get my truck back before too long and they don't finally decide to total it.

Shipped notice for order #4760!

Thanks BroncOh!!

Orders up to and including #4766 have shipped.

#4767 through 5164 should go out tomorrow or so.
Thank you @BroncOh

Got my confirmation for shipment, ETA Friday - I will be busy getting those installed this weekend so that worked out perfect.

Stoked!!

Got my notice 🍻

In love!

How can you tell me these don't look good?!
I know, right! His company name is spot on. They are subtle and don’t stand out. They fit and function perfectly. Running the factory mirror light buttons are a nice bonus.

The mirror light speed override mod is almost a must for these.

I agree - a definite must and I'll probably get jumped for saying this but they look almost OEM.

Got word last night that the kit has a tracking number! It's close. The downside is I don't have the switch in the truck. But no issue to run new wires and tie them in to my sPOD.
