Yeah Januarys contest definitely needed a little girl carrying a rabbit around.
Lol I knew someone was gonna point that out hence I wrote "truck photo".

Negative the rabbit is sooooo much cooler…

Actually it’s probably warmer.

Also I find it hard to believe only 9 people are here for the pheasants…

There were only four people on this morning. When I see I'm the only person on here, I'm giving myself a trophy.

“Duck”?????! You know how many damn ducks are out there???
I have roughly 30 mallards at my pond daily & I don't even like duck.

And boy do they NOT all taste the same.
A guy in my old duck club was a chef from New Orleans. He cooked 13 different types of ducks (puddle ducks) and did a blind taste test with a bunch of hunters. Pintails, mallards, gadwall, teal, etc. Shoveler won hands down.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a Shoveler

He should be drawn and quartered for that witchcraft.

We've raised a few Red Goldens in the past. They usually sold for corporate hunts where that bird in particular was used as the pot/money bird. One year we watched one flush not more than 5 yards in front of the group and five guys emptied their guns as it flew away unscathed lol. Pretty funny to watch a $200 bird worth thousands in the pot book it the next county over to inevitably wind up as coyote dinner instead of a handsome cash reward.

Stuck home with Covid and mindlessly scrolling, trying to find the bottom of the Interwebs, I saw threads on here for the “premium” Tremors but not one for us simple folk.

Now don’t get me wrong those other trim levels are fine for the asphalt cowboys/ cowgirls but we all know the XLT is the real American man’s truck.

No multi contour massaging seats, no two tone paint jobs, no 6ft wide tramp stamp across entire backend. Just a real American made, honest to goodness truck. Made to do truck shit.

Now I’m fully prepared to be roasted as a poor, and a pheasant for not having seats that massage my buttocks but when I ordered my truck the XLT was the one I wanted, not the one I settled for.

Anyone else love their XLT’s for the rough and ready, sweat on your brow, dirt under your fingernails trucks they are? Or did you buy it because that $100k limited cost more than your 20 year old double wide?

So no one thinks I’m being too serious here I drive a prissy little Tesla daily, and while I am a Union Mechanic; I hate to get my hands dirty as much as the rest of you Platinum owners. 😉
Wow
