Still a work in progress but got a Hallmark Milner pop up for my 350. Wet weight about 1900lbs so no worries there ?. We’ll be taking it out for some boondocking out west and hopefully up into Alaska if they open the borders. Still waiting on tie downs and adding 200w solar w/lithium, replacing 3 way propane fridge with a compressor style and some other goodies.

Love your Tremor with no stickers and truck camper combo. Very good choice for getting off grid. What is the GVWR of your truck and what is the fully loaded wet weight? How does it ride with and without the TC?” Have you taken it off road when fully loaded? What engine and options did you get with your truck?

Eventually I would like to get a flatbed and a Bundutec camper to put on it. Short term, I'll probably just get an ARE cap and enjoy the simplicity of that.

good idea with the Bundutec and flatbed. Went to their shop in early August to see The Roadrunner Rory built for Mello Mike of Truck Camper Adventure (worth checking out if you haven’t already). I really like the Bundutec’s and their willingness to customize

Another airstreamer here! We have 2020 Globetrotter 27FB. Just ordered a F350 7.3L tremor, Lariat, black, black appearance, fully loaded... wife said the black tremor will look great in front of the blacked out window rock guards ?

That is one serious suspension setup on the caravan. Wow!

The suspension is made by a company called Cruisemaster. They make the suspension for caravan manufacturers like Spinifex. This particular design utilises airbags as you can see. I like the idea of the airbags as not only does it improve ride on rough dirt tracks, it makes set up a breeze. Just arrive at the campsite, press a button and the van adjusts so that it sits level. It can also drop the van I think up to 80mm which allows it to get into say storage. It has twin shock absorbers per wheel. Another airstreamer here! We have 2020 Globetrotter 27FB. Just ordered a F350 7.3L tremor, Lariat, black, black appearance, fully loaded... wife said the black tremor will look great in front of the blacked out window rock guards ?

These guys are available in the US and pricing is not as bad as I thought I had seriously considered them but then went airstream as wanted a little more space...

Yes, it comes with its own compressor, which has an outlet for hooking up a hose for airing up the tyres. It uses the on board batteries, which when hooked up to the tow car can be charged when on the move. I don’t think the suspension can be adjusted while driving though.

I want an HQ19 SOOOOOO BAD!!

They are pushing $60K USD.

I wouldnt mind that number if it was CAD, but working and earning in CAD makes it hard after conversion.

I dont know if I can justify spending that amount on a TT.

Its def at the top of my wish list though.

yea ain’t cheap... but so wasn’t the airstream... only live once... it makes for priceless memories that’s for sure...

I decided to ring the company today to get a better idea of this suspension. Turned out to be quite a long chat, around 45 minutes. The suspension in the photo is their latest and greatest. It uses superior airbags to their volume selling one. There are 3 air bag control system. 2 are manual only, with one of those being wireless. The auto magic one, which also allows manual operation, is not wireless.

I was disappointed that Tremor sized tyres don’t fit. The wheelbase is too short, and they would touch each other. Maximum is about 32 inches. All airbag systems use load sharing, coil spring versions don’t. On this ATX version, you can buy with coils and apparently it’s relatively straightforward to upgrade to airbags later.

Impressive suspension, but they do require regular servicing. This could be checking and retightening to replacing or repacking wheel bearings. So they’re not a low maintenance piece of equipment. That was disappointing. Still, I doubt there are many systems out there which are as good

Near Death Valley. 7.3 getting 9.1 mpg with 12k 38’ trailer. Less with a head wind, tows very well.

Went with a 2020 Voltage 3635 and we are loving it! It's about 15,000 pounds with our stuff in it. Went with the 7.3 for towing purposes and averaging around 11 MPG's. We have 2 young kids and we are living on the road now. Anyone else living on the road?

Canyons are great bikes, I've got one myself. What do you think of their handlebars?
